Since my partner and I moved here, we have always preferred M&M Hardware as our go-to convenience store because of the warm welcome we received from the owners that made us feel like locals within a week! Not only do they open early, always have fresh coffee and THE most delicious donuts delivered to their store daily, Mike and Michelle are a hard-working, dynamic duo who never fail to greet us with a smile and great service.

Great all around Coffee Time and variety store with an excellent selection of hardware and seasonal stuff. The owners are super nice! They have made so many improvements while opening a much needed, local hardware store.

Absolutely Useless Dirty store. The old man running it is extremely rude. The store is NEVER clean. The cans of pop have mouse droppings on them so don't expect to drink it right away, you'll need to take it home and rinse it. Everything is extremely over priced. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Very friendly and a great cup of coffee. Also donuts and sandwiches freshly made. A bonus they have a small hardware store in the back. Plus a good selection of daily needs.

COFFEE TIME HEAD OFFICE WAS NOTIFIED RESULTING WITH DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Passing through Omemee Tuesday 22DEC20 at 11:30 am, I stopped into Coffee Time to buy a take-out coffee. Michael asked me why I was not earing a mask. I replied that I am "Medically Exempt" from wearing a mask. Micheal asked to to step back 6 feet from the counter. As I placed my $2 coins on the counter to pay for my coffee, I stepped back 6 feet waiting for my coffee to be poured into a cup. Micheal pushed my coins onto the floor, refused to sell me a coffee, called me an a$$h0le, and told me to go across the street. I was the only customer in the store during this entire incident. Not a great way to treat a new customer.

As a business operator, Michael was ignorant to the following facts:

> Individuals who are hearing impaired and need their companion or another person to take off their mask, where the ability to see the mouth is crucial to communicate.
> A person who is temporarily removing their mask to engage in services that require the removal of their mask (e.g. dentist appointment), engaging in a fitness or athletic activity, or consuming food or drink in a premise that offers it.
