I took this course in the summer of 2015. I would most definitely recommend to anyone who is either are brand new rider or someone who hasn't been on two wheels for a while. I hadn't been on a bike in approx. 23 years. Within a few minutes, I was comfortable on the bike and riding around the lot. Through many courses Dennis set up in the lot, he was able to teach us proper techniques and simulate real life situations so we would be comfortable reacting to them when/if they were to occur. Dennis is very thorough in his explanations of technique and safety. Safety is always his #1 priority and he does not waiver from that. It is his true passion and it shows. Once I completed the course, I was very confident doing my road test and was able to log over 5000km's after that as I passed. Thanks for helping me get back on the bike. I can't wait to ride this summer. As Dennis would say " Eyes up, rubber down" .

Highly recommend this course - Dennis is an amazing instructor! His techniques are in such a way a beginner feels relaxed riding, and as you hit the road you still hear his voice ringing in your ear to look where you are going, shoulder check and so on. After his course I went back to my town and 2 weeks later took my road test. The instructor was quite impressed, to the extent that he specifically wanted to know where I took my training! Not only am I confident and competent with this training, but I learned the safest way to ride and what to do and look out for. Riding is living - and living is riding. He teaches you how to do it proper and safe so you can ride for many years to come. Cannot recommend this course enough - thanks Dennis!!!

Dennis from Mobile Motorcycle Training is an amazing instructor. He has a very calm, confident, comfortable, humorous and patient method of training. The small class size allows him to give you plenty of one on one advice and instruction. He knows many riding techniques that you would never consider and he will make a good rider out of you or improve your current skills. I learned to ride in a safe and confident manner and would recommend this training to anyone. Thanks Dennis

I took the beginner course in April 2015 and had a great experience. Although I had previous riding experience it had been a while since I had been on a bike. There were some great tips and sound advice that Dennis gave. I would definitely recommend this weekend course to anyone considering taking up riding. It has made me a much more competent and safe rider than had i not taken the course.

I took the course 2 yrs ago from Dennis and very impressed with the course and the knowledge I now have. I still hear Dennis in my head when I am riding, reminding me to LOOK AT WHERE YOU WANNA GO! I accredit my safe riding habits to him. I am a much better rider because of this course. And to have the chance to use his bikes to take your test right there on a Sunday is an added bonus. This is an all in one package, does not get better than this. HIGHLY recommend Dennis!

For those of us that have spent time on dirt bikes it is important to remember that while you can make mistakes off-road the consequences on the pavement may be injury or worse. The reality is that riding on the street requires some different skills and the course that Dennis offers can help you understand what these are. When you get your bike license you will discover quickly that drivers in a car are not always watching out for motorcycles and while in an accident it might not be your fault, it won't mean much if you are dead. The course will help you to anticipate the potential risks in advance and help you stay out of potentially dangerous situations. Taking a motorcycle course does require an investment of your time and money - some of which you may get back in insurance discounts but the real return is staying safer on the road. Do the course and enjoy the ride.

Dennis is very knowledgeable and is very good when it comes to teaching you the proper skills needed to make you feel way more conformable on the road. I had a knowledge from dirt biking but still felt like i should take the course, I'm sure glad i did because the tips and info he taught us really helps. Another really nice thing Dennis does is he will supply you with a bike to get your licence on and for me that was nice.
Thanks so much Dennis

Hey, let me start out by saying that the only reason I went to Strathmore Mobile Motorcycle Training was to get a reduction on my motorcycle insurance. After all, I did have a motorcycle a few years back (38 years ago) so I knew how to ride a bike and all the rest. So let's get this weekend over, so that I can get on with my life, after all what could I learn in a weekend!!!!

EVERYTHING!

Here's what I did learn, I knew nothing about the art of riding a bike! I knew nothing about the safety aspects of a bike. I knew nothing!!!!

I lucked out on picking Mobile Motorcycle Training in Strathmore, I was amazed at how much information I gained in one classroom session and two days of on bike instruction. I give all the credit to Denis, if you want bells and whistles and fancy speeches don't go. But if you want down to earth, very basic yet informative, tell it the way that it is no bullshit, he's your instructor (you'll have to put up with a few tacky jokes, hahaha).

With the small classes, Denis is able to relay a one on one relationship with you and your bike. I am by no means a skilled driver at this point, but because of the training course, I have the confidence and knowledge to get better each ride.

Also, at the end of your course you are able to book an appointment to obtain your licence at the same location and you can even use one of Denis' bikes free of charge.

In closing, I would like to say I believe every new driver should take a motorcycle training course and if you'd like to get your money's worth, Mobile Motorcycle Training is the place to go. Denis is by far the the best instructor for you. Safe Driving!

Cheers,
Charles
