Ordered for the first time last week. Saw info on the FB page "Made in Canada". Great selection of lip balms and free gifts as you order more items. Customer service is excellent - very responsive. I contacted about forgetting to use a promo code, and they went ahead and did it for me. The communication about the order (confirmation, mailing, delivery) was excellent. Packaging was great - it fit in my mailbox! I'm in Toronto, and the package arrived pretty quickly. The hand balm and foot balm are really nice. Great for cold winters. I love lip balms and make sure that I have one in each purse! I use them all year. Highly recommended. Will definitely order again. Will spread the word! Thank you, and keep up the great work!

I found your moody bee foot butter in a little shop outside of Ottawa. My heels were always cracking here in the winters. I have tried many products that didn’t help until I used your foot butter. For the first time my heels did not crack all winter. It was such a relief. I now use it all year round. I also went to your website and bought more of your products(body butter, bath bombs and lib balm. I’m love them all and have been telling all my family and friends to try them. I will be your unofficial promoter here in the east lol.

I discovered Moody Bee March 2025 and have placed an order literally every month since - I absolutely LOVE the body butter. I've tried so many lotions over the years especially for my feet, and nothing compares to moody bee. My cracked heels are now actually repaired. The lip balms are very nice too!

Absolutely lovely products. Love that they are Canadian made and offer reasonable shipping options as well. I've tried beeswax lip balms in the past and found them to be dry, but these ones are nice and smooth. Also tried the hand balm and it feels and smells awesome.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order on March 21st and never received it. I waited over 2 weeks to contact them and they insisted I wait an extra 3 days so that exactly 15 days had passed. I waited those days and it still didn't arrive so I contacted them again. It then took an additional 4-5 days before they reshipped the order. I still haven't received my order. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and it's really not fair to expect the customer to wait patiently for something that ships from the same country. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks in the hopes that my order will arrive by mail before I can contact them. When I order products from China they get here quicker. I ordered the lip balms because I needed them now not 6 weeks later. And I'm not even sure I'll ever receive my order. I would have hoped since my order was lost they would care about customer service and reship my order with a tracked package so that I don't have to wait another 3 weeks but that doesn't seem to be the case. I work in online sales and I would make sure my customer receives their order as quickly as possible especially after making them wait more than 3 weeks, even if it costs a little more money. I understand there's a cost for shipping but there's also a cost for keeping your customers happy and loyal. Otherwise they can easily switch to your competitor. I had to go to my local pharmacy to buy a Burt Bee product which ended being a great product and what I'll be purchasing in the future.

Purchased products online, absolutely love them 💕. Body butter stick glides on so smooth and is not greasy. Lip balm makes my lips so soft. Not like your typical lip balm that sits on the surface. So many scents available!

I ordered lip balms in black licorice and rose water and the grapefruit-bergamot body butter. They are all fantastic. Smooth application and luxurious feel. I can't wait to try more of these products!

I was recently on the hunt for a Canadian-made lip balm and found Moody Bee. Just got a delivery from them today and I'm already obsessed! I much prefer the smooth feel of their natural lip balms to mass-produced stuff. Their lavender hand balm is also sooo nice. I cannot wait to try the other products and lip balm flavours that I bought. I will definitely be buying from them again!
