DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! This is the second time my husband has had an appointment scheduled with the doctor and after waiting for half an hour, goes up to the reception to ask why it’s taking so long, only to be told “the doctor isn’t here yet”! This was a different doctor than the last time as well so clearly this is a problem with any doctor you’re scheduled with. They do not value your time as they can’t even be bothered to show up. It would be nice if the receptionists would inform you when arriving whether or not the doctor is there so you don’t sit in the waiting room for 30 mins - an hour wasting your time, but they don’t have the common sense or courtesy to do so. When you call to schedule an appointment in advanced they will tell you “the schedule isn’t out yet” so you are made to wait until the week before wanting to go in. We will not be returning here as this is a very poorly run office with a complete lack of care and availability from the doctors, will be switching to a different doctor. I’m shocked this office is still open or has any patients at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute garbage service!

If I am too late or miss an appointment I get charged a fee for it but more often than not these doctors will be late by a half hour or sometimes several hours for appointments. I showed up early and nobody was in the waiting room. It still took an hour to see a doctor. I asked the lady at reception if my doctor was going to make his appointment and she tells me that none of the doctors on the schedule have even arrived yet. These people are so inconsiderate of the people they claim to give "care" to. The government should make it reciprocal. If the doctor is so late to an appointment that the patient has to leave to get to another appointment or the patient misses an appointment they should be compensated monetarily.

Dr. Kusai is wonderful and caring Dr. who took the time to to located my pain issue and make a treatment plan. I see that people don't like waiting and leave negative reviews. When someone takes the time for ME, I see that he takes his time for others as well and am gracious and understanding that he is not rushing THEM or ME. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and kinds. He also referred me to a clinic that got me in that day for imaging.

This is both a walk in clinic and an appointment medical if your Dr. is in the clinic as mine is. The level of care is exceptional. As with most medical centers, expect to wait but the wait is with it as the care here is excellent.

Husband has been waiting for 5+ months for a referral from the doctor here for a specialist. He followed up the other day and found out the doctor no longer works here and never sent the referral in prior to leaving. This is a medical concern, and it is not acceptable. Had a phone call for a prescription renewal the other day, and the doctor rushed him off the phone. When he went to pick up the prescription at the Shoppers Drug Mart here, it was never sent in. No wonder why this clinic only has 2.5 stars… Being lazy and unprofessional in healthcare is absolutely unacceptable. I understand healthcare is busy these days, but I am not concerned about the waiting room times. AHS needs to look into this clinic. DO NOT GO HERE!

Diane the dark hair heavy set women at the desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the medical field. She has no compassion. No empathy and no respect for patients. She makes you feel like you are a bother. Why is she still working there?
The doctors are awesome but this Diane women ruins it.

I spent 2 years looking for a family doctor after mine from another clinic resigned. This is the only clinic that got me one, and he is a good one too. He is incredibly considerate, I felt listened to and heard. I have sensory issues from autism, and he was very kind and understanding of that while taking my blood pressure. I really like this clinic, and my doctor. I would highly recommend it, especially for people who have anxiety and sensory issues around doctors since they are very sensitive to that here in my experience.
