Worst IELTS center I have ever encountered! Double dipping registration. Book online and If you want to cancel or rebook, no refund and wants you to pay again. They rebook you again and again then charge extra fee even you've paid $350 already. Staff are yet not experienced to dealt with. 0 rating for your customer service. I don't think the way they handled with new immigrants taking the leap of faith to take exam is
not compassionate instead double dipping. I would not suggest this center at all. That's is just my opinion. Treat people well and it will come back to you. Make your online bookings more specific and in simplest way so people like new immigrants can easily understand your website. No cancellation policy should also be lenient. 5 days no cancellation days that's ridiculous! You are locked in that 5 days which I think it's not fair!

I had an exam today, and I am deeply disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Some individuals wearing turbans, including myself, were stopped and accused of cheating. While I understand that they found some people cheating, it was unjust and humiliating to assume I was involved just because of my appearance. They demanded to check my turban without any evidence against me, which was both disrespectful and discriminatory.

This incident felt like an attack on my dignity and religious beliefs. It is unacceptable to single out individuals based on their attire or identity. Exams should be conducted with fairness and respect, ensuring no student is subjected to such humiliation without cause. I hope the authorities take steps to address this issue and prevent such incidents in the future. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.

Zero star. On my test on Jan 21 in Vancouver Mosaic ielts center, my keyboard doesn’t type words in the beginning of the listening test. I raised my hand and the supervisor shut down my computer and moved me to new computer. I logged in again and finished listening of the instruction. I found that I’m in the middle of the listening test this time. I raised up my hand again and she reset the listening test for me (though adding 4mins but I wonder this caused the problem later). Then at in the middle of part 4 when I have two more blanks to go, the listening test was cut off. They said it’s system error but shouldn’t they have fixed it and test it before hand? Waste of time and money! Don’t go

Worst experience. Waiting for my TRF still, and more than month i got my results online. They donot pick your call or answer your email. How can so irresponsible. Ridiculous.

I took my IELTS Computer-based here yesterday. The employees are kind and certainly know what they are doing. Office is well-kept. The only setback that I observed was the seating arrangement during the test. We were only three people that took the test together that time, and the room has between 5-10 monitors, but for some reason, we were seated next to each other. I can hear the typing sounds of the other test takers which is distracting. I was seated in the middle so you can imagine the overlapping sounds of the keyboards to my left and right during the Writing test.

I suggest to please arrange the future test takers following "one seat apart", if possible.

But overall, I still liked my experience with MOSAIC nonetheless. Will still recommend it to others.

Bad experience we ever had , we came for exam , first of all they started exam late. After, speaking session was very unfair , no professionalism. The speaking examiner was shaking the hand with students looks like they are relatives .At the endthey gave gift card for late starting the exam. I don’t recommend to anyone .

I just gave me Listening, Reading and writing test(waiting for speaking) and I must say there service is exceptional. I gave computer based exam and I am 100%satisfied with the way it was conducted. They provided ear plugs as I am very sensitive to typing noise while I write the essay. It felt as if there is no one in the exam room except myself. They also handled the change in my ID and very helpful in doing so. Very happy with everything here today!
