Worth every penny!
My husband and I attended two full Saturday classes, and learned so much about infants, infant care, birth, lactation and lots of other valuable topics.
The instructor (Pamela) was very kind, and knowledgeable. She used humour throughout to keep us all engaged.
The classroom had comfortable seating accommodation that allowed the pregnant woman to sit however they felt comfortable and change positions when needed.
Highly recommend taking this class as a first time parent for peace of mind.

I called on a weekend, as a new mom I was desperate for lactation help and was referred to Mothering Touch by a friend who highly recommended their services. Corinne Bargen who answered the phone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, was able to connect me with the help I needed and even offered a same day appointment if I needed more help. Being new to Victoria I feel so lucky to have found this business, they are a fountain of knowledge and support for new parents. This business is an amazing asset to the Victoria community.

My husband and I attended the prenatal classes (ours spanned over two full Saturdays) and it was worth every penny. Melissa was FULL of knowledge and really kept us engaged and she was a lot of fun. If you're having your first child I can't recommend this class enough.

It was great to meet other couples due within the same 4-8 weeks as us and to really get a realistic view of what labour and delivery can look like! So much useful information, especially if you're delivering at Vic General. Thank you Melissa for such a wonderful snapshot and overview. I'm feeling prepared and excited for this next chapter 🙂

The Childbirth Preparation and Parenting the Newborn (including First Aid) classes were *amazing*. My partner and I are incredibly glad we took them through Mothering Touch. Danielle and Holly, our instructors, were phenomenal. Even with COVID-19 and Zoom delivery we felt like it was first-class instruction. I highly recommend taking Prenatal Classes with them, both for the pregnant person and the birth partner.

If you are downtown and need a quiet space to feed or change a baby, look no further. Supportive staff. Adorable baby gifts. Fun groups and classes. Good advice. They have been so good to me and my baby and there is no obligation to buy anything, you can just stop in and feed your baby in their lounge!

Mothering Touch played a huge role in the birth of my 5 day old daughter! She was our first child and our families are far away but the owner and staff of Mothering Touch were the best support system we've had. We took the pre-natal, parenting a newborn, and diapering classes together. I took the becoming a father workshop. Our experiences were fantastic and now we're off to a great start with our little one, largely because of the great support from Eva and her team. Big thank you to all of you!!
