Easter Sunday Visit

The Representative at the front door that was to greet our family today to welcome us into our Fathers HOME was nothing but immediately offensive & rude & she will require a review as well as some much needed “Etiquette Training” on how to treat the family of people who live at and support the financial structure of the lodge itself.

Unacceptable and this will be taken up with management and the board.

There is no excuse for the behaviour she exhibited today ruining our family’s short Easter Sunday visit & she will have to answer for her actions.
The attendant denied the fact that the sanitary fresh unused masks we had just placed on our faces in the glass entranceway of the building were brand new from a obvious newly opened package and she rudely demanded we replace the new masks that were directly out of a package. She suggests we take a mask not from a package but her own dirty bare hand while her own mask is down below her nose and mouth in contrary to common health practice & science.

Let’s try some common common sense & respect with our friends & family.

There are much more qualified people that need jobs than this difficult Individual. The face of a company can be tarnished with people like this in a instant. Is this how everyone is treated?
She was instantly argumentative and I chose to leave before she escalated the odd aggressive short behaviour.

The Chinook Winds Lodge or any retirement home should be a place where family feels welcome & respected Especially when they have gone out of their way to adhere to absolute best practises on their own as educated & professional Canadians. Unfortunately some of these employees have taken their vigilance as a new form of unfounded power into their own ill equipped bare dirty hands without regard for anything but their own ego. Shame on this woman. You know who you are.
How did you feel when my sister caught you trash talking us to respected Staff member Lisa in the office after you mouthed off?
Clean up your act & get in line & learn some manners how to properly address people.
A very disappointing family Sunday to say the least. I have very fond memories visiting my grandmother there and I hope my father doesn’t have to endure any of her rudeness.

furthermore You have Captured our attention today by your job performance.

Unfortunately my mother is in this home. They do-nothing less than enable her drug addiction. I find it sad and frustrating that they care so little about someone. Health facilities should not be doing this.
It's impossible to do anything about it. I'm guessing they would rather have the residents stoned out of their tree than do the job they promised.
