The girl was very helpful when making an appointment and explained the cost of having someone come out to look at my oven. They texted me when a technician was coming and it had a picture of him. I really felt at ease opening the door. ( this I didn’t expect and appreciate the thought). The technician Christopher B was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem , ordered the part and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had told him I was hoping to have it fixed before Thanksgiving. He found out the part came in last night and this morning called to have me put in today to come and repair it. It is now ready for Thanksgiving. From the time I called to the repair being done was fast and efficient. I will most definitely call when my appliance break and I will request Christopher B again as he is very thoughtful did a great job. I am one extremely happy customer.

Fantastic and friendly service. Mike was the chap who came and helped us out with a broken down dryer he was AWESOME! Curtious and helpful. He came and assessed on the Monday … they ordered the parts and by friday it was fixed and running!!!

Absolutely awful experience. After two and a half months and spending more than $400, I ultimately had to hire someone else to repair it within a single day. Here’s what unfolded: I initially contacted Mr. Appliance because the heating element in my dryer wasn’t functioning. He cleaned the unit, claimed it was fixed, and charged me $146. However, once he left, the problem persisted. I called him back, and he returned after 10 days, diagnosing the issue as a faulty plug-in socket that needed replacement. I then hired an electrician to replace the socket and inspect the breakers, but the dryer still wouldn’t work. Once again, the same technician from Mr. Appliance returned 10 days later and stated that the plug-in cord itself had to be replaced, charging me $167. upfront for the new cord and promising to return in one or two days. I recorded this conversation. After a further 10 days without any follow-up, I purchased a plug myself from Home Depot for $45 and had the electrician install it. Mr. Appliance refunded my $169 payment for the plug-in cord, but altogether, over two and a half months, I ended up spending more than $400 only to have another person fix the issue quickly.

Excellent experience! The professionals who came to fix my washing machine were on time, extremely knowledgeable and reviewed all aspects of my machine. They even offered tips on good maintenance for other appliances. I would definitely use Mr Appliance again for any appliance problems.

My experience with Mr. Appliance was excellent from beginning to end. I used google to locate a dryer repair service close to my home. Mr. Appliance quickly showed up on my phone. The online registration was user friendly and I was soon talking to an actual person. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I was sent a picture of the service person so I knew who to expect. He was knowledgeable and clearly outlined what was needed and how much it would cost. This all happened just before the holiday weekend. On July 2 the service person arrived with the part and not only fixed the timer, but replaced a damaged vent that I wasn’t even aware of. He left my home safer and cleaner. I would definitely use their services again.
