Lately the quality of this establishment has dropped significantly. I chose to patron Mr. Sub because even though the cost of the food was well above that of subway. The quality of the food was also well above that of subway. I have ordered the same sub for 3 decades. Assorted with all (or nearly all) veggies. When made properly, the sandwich is massive and is harder to wrap with 1 sub wrap paper. That's why I switched to Mr. Sub. They didn't skimp on toppings. That however changed (for me) in December of last year, where not only did the person making my sub forget the meat (more on that in a moment), they put barely any toppings. A normal sub would have a ton of lettuce, but now I can see bread through the lettuce, or to be more precise, i can see some bits of lettuce on the bread. The fact that i get nearly every other topping, i shouldn't see the lettuce under those, but now they put so little of everything, it's pathetic. Back to the meat they forgot to put. When I went back to get it remade, they said they remembered making it and said they put the meat on it, implying that I'm a thief and that it was worth it for me to drive to the store to pick up the sub, drive home, take off the meat, drive back to the store to get another sub made just to get extra meat... The gas costs more than the meat...

If this is the way Mr. Sub is going to do business from now on, I'm sorry to say I won't be a part of it.

I defended my choice to pay extra for a better quality of a product I could get elsewhere for cheaper in the past, but it seems I can no longer defend that as the quality is no longer better than elsewhere, only the price remains higher.

I was extremely disappointed by my sub tonight. It wasn't edible. The bread was stale and falling apart. The seafood was dry and flavorless. It tasted like old socks. Had to throw it away. Service was fine. The gentleman was obviously new, but very friendly. I have been coming to Mr Sub for decades. I don't know what is happening, but lately, things haven't really been tasty at Mr Subs. Not just at this location. Very disappointed.

Remember when employees used to care about their job and service. Clearly Mr Sub has forgotten. Overall not good. Vegetables practically spoiled. Bread on the way out.

As other reviews mention, quality has dropped significantly. Not worth your money.

Great job to the employee working lunch yesterday. The only person in the shop and she was doing everything, including putting bread in the oven between customers.

She was pleasant, fast and kept her cool as more people came in.

Food was good, service needs work.
There was a large order ahead of me and I waited patiently, however what I don't like is when it was my turn you left to write down whatever you wrote down on like 4, 5 sub bags because you "seen some lady coming" I get she might be a regular but I was there first and I was waiting patiently.
I arrived at 645pm for take out and didn't leave until 715pm.

Do not prioritize your customers just because she is a regular.

Redemption visit
I would give you 0 stars if I could.

I really don't understand what the problem is with this location but I am never coming back here again. First you prioritized regular customers over new ones then when you try to apologize you give me this? It was a online order I placed an hour ahead of time AND I called 25 minutes before pick up to ask them to wait until 4:30pm because something popped up. When I walked in the restaurant was quite with the parking lot empty plus two employees working so I really don't understand why this happened.

Maybe I've just having bad luck but it seems like every time I go there the bun is stale almost impossible to chew I've also noticed that the parking lot is always empty like a ghost town the prices are over expensive compared to Subway and their buns are a lot fresher I have to say I will no longer be a customer

Ordered skip the dishes from this location. It was missing half of ingredients I ordered on my sub. My hubby's sub was supposed to be grilled. That didn't happen as well he ordered the super sub and only meat on it was ham. Will not order from here again
