The workers are super nice and helpful, even when you don't know exactly what you need. Only once did they give me the wrong part and it was partially my fault. It was no problem returning it.

I went into Napa autoparts store to buy a M12 Milwaukee rachet and batteries they didn't have it in stock it was advertised in their monthly flyer. The man behind the counter said, " I can get them in tomorrow but you have to pay freight." I said I don't need it that bad I also told him that this is false advertising and left I very disappointed.

I went in to see if I could get help with finding engine coolant for my new to me diesel truck; Brian was awesome and I felt went above and beyond by coming out & helping me put it in and checking a light code too...... Napa is the only place I get my parts! I have been using Napa since 1977! First Ontario, then B.C. great people to deal with when you need something. I called them to get some tire chains, they told me they have them in stock for $292. I drove there to buy them and then they said they're $335. I told him I was just told $292 and his partner behind the desk verified that he told me that. I drove there and they should honor the price they just told me. He was super rude and just flat out said they won't. Its only a difference of $43, to not honour the price I was just told is just insanely horrible customer service. I will never shop there again. I called Fountain tire when I left and they have the same ones for $225!

Murray and his staff are absolutely incredible and go the extra distance! I brought in my limping 1981 van and two staff members diagnosed the problem within minutes. We needed a new alternator. They got the part in within a couple of hours. There were some issues with the part and Murray stayed an additional 1.5 hrs after closing time to make sure we got on our way. It's nice to know there are still people and shops that still know what great customer service is. Hats off to these incredible folks! Thanks Murray. 🙏

While in Campbell River I was asked by a family member to find a part for their vehicle. Having tried 2 other stores, NAPA Auto Parts – Cres was suggested. I went there and was helped by Colin. He took the time to speak with the family member to better understand what was needed. He not only understood, but they had the part I was looking for. Colin brought out the part and extra piece to show how it connected. Thank you for the help yesterday Colin.
