Actually no stars for this place, only had to put one in order to post ! Went in to buy a rear wiper blade, some grouchy older man was slouching at his desk and mumbled what I though was someone will be out to help you. Young guy came out, he mumbled as well, not a good morning or hello out of him either. I thought maybe the fellow would offer to put the blade on my vehicle as it would be a 5 minute job, but no, good customer service wouldn't interest him at all I'm sure. Terrible customer service!! Only went cause it was convenient for me.

Civic with 1.8 l engine requires 33lbf-ft of torque for pcv valve which is not much and while in the process of tightening it before it even reach to 33lbf, pcv snaps. Went to the store the next day only to be told that it's not cover by the Warranty and it was installation error.

Just left Napa auto parts in Saint Albert, and a gentleman by the name of Gary helped me and my mom find the oil filters we needed. He was very helpful and not once was he condescending because we were female. He was so light and fun. Made this experience less stressful!

Great had everything I needed in stock

Went in to get some advice on lug nuts for my car. Had kind of looked up what I needed beforehand. Guy at the desk couldn't confirm they would fit or actually find ones that he could say would fit but said he'd order the ones I thought I needed in for Friday. Surprisingly, never received a call and when I called in to ask where they were no one had any idea what I was talking about. Went to the west end one instead and the girl working there was able to confirm what I needed and sell it to me on the spot. Will not be back to this location.

Before visiting, I gave NAPA a call stating what I needed. (a bolt in a particular size), and they said they usually have it in stock. When I arrived, the employee was very little help and was more interested in answering the phone instead of helping me after waiting in line. She gave me a binder full of bolts to look through, and when I had questions, her unenthusiastic answers were of little help.

The second time when I asked for help on matching this bolt, the employees seemed to be laughing and making fun of me behind the desk. In the end, they gave me some bolts that looked like the proper size to get me out of there (spoiler: they didn't fit anyway) instead of actually helping me. Very unpleased with my experience.

Update: to.your response, Napa, too little too late. Absolutely hilarious how unprofessional you are.

Ordered 2 shocks online, called to confirm the order was received the following day. Spent 15 minutes talking to the manager because the order was in fact not placed.
Was informed it would take 2 to 3 days. This was fine as I was out of town for a week.
Got back to town and called, the shocks had never been ordered? No one knows anything.
Terrible customer service from the very beginning.
This place is a waste of time.
