This clinic is a friendly environment for mothers-to-be and postpartum mothers looking for resources. Anyone is welcome, but I feel like mothers can benefit more. The massages with Mackenzie have been relaxing she knows what she's doing. I loved my sessions with her, but I need to book more. Acupuncture was with Candace, She also is very knowledgeable about Chinese medicine. I love how she checks up on you before every session. We targeted a lot in my 3 sessions. This journey at Nest Integrative Wellness has been amazing overall. After having a baby we can all relate that we put our kids first, and forget ourselves. But at Nest, they have shown me and taught me tips on how to get back on my routine and slowly get back into taking care of ME. It is a journey and I am very lucky for Karena for recommending me. Overall the staff is very friendly, clean atmosphere, just a Zen vibe.

Nest Integrative Wellness has become a second home, vital to my postpartum journey as a new mother. The practitioners are knowledgeable, welcoming, and remarkably patient. As a new mom, I've felt no doubts or anxieties about bringing my infant to Nest, and I've been bringing my daughter here since she was three months old. As Nest has witnessed her growth, they've remained highly adaptable to her needs during my appointments or her own. I highly recommend seeing any of their practitioners for acupuncture, massage, mental health support, or their baby and me classes. If you're unsure where to begin, I recommend starting with Candace, an expert in Chinese Medicine. Following that, consider booking a massage with Mackenzie. My daughter and I have benefited tremendously from their care, making us feel stronger and calmer each time. However, if you're a seasoned parent and this doesn't quite fit your needs, Nest offers an impressive array of other services. These include nutrition classes with Hala, a lactation class with nurse Kaite, and mental health support from Malissa to Ingrid to address heart health while your baby cheers you on during tummy time.

The transition to motherhood was profoundly overwhelming, but Nest's comprehensive services supported my daughter, myself, and our entire family. Nest's steadfast community support is immensely appreciated.

Nest is a place I'm constantly recommending in discussions with friends, family, and strangers. Their full range of service is incredible- beyond the sheer number of services, practitioners, and experts, they also support many stages of life and can accommodate those stages in-person too - from the nursing room to being able to have your little ones with you throughout appointments and classes, Nest is truly one of the easiest spaces to exist in. It always feels like a calm, safe, and supportive environment.

I took the Lactation Basics class and it was absolutely worth every penny! I took it in my third trimester and now I have a healthy baby who latches and eats well. I attribute my successful breastfeeding journey to Katie and this class. Katie is knowledgeable, experienced and practical. I knew breastfeeding would be hard, and she was able to prepare me for the challenges. I honestly wish everyone who plans to breastfeed would take this class!

I saw Candace for Accupuncture during my twin pregnancy to help turn my breech twin A head down. She is a miracle worker. After one treatment and several moxibustion sessions at home my baby turned head down! This allowed me to have the birth I wanted and avoid a c-section. She is so kind and knows her stuff. I 100% reccomend.

The massages with Mackenzie have been relaxing and informative. She checks in at the beginning of every session, which is wonderful for a constantly changing Mom body. We talk about the issues faced recently, and the session is then used to target those specific issues. She also is very knowledgeable with baby massages! Overall, the Specialists at the clinic are very friendly and welcoming. 🙂

I am amazed by what Karena and Ana have created in the way of pre and post natal services in Edmonton! I am a retired registered nurse, with a maternal specialty, and I could see a steady decline of public health care services for this population. They truly have create a "one stop shop" environment and I have recommended my daughter, who had her first baby 1 month ago, to use their services! Well done with providing this variety of needed services in our community!
