This was my first experience at Nexus Theraputics and one of the best massages I've ever had. A friend referred Sam at Nexus. I was long overdue for a massage. Over years of computing and some epic mountain bike crashes my neck was get getting very "crunchy". Turns out I had really bad crepitus in my neck. I was getting bad headaches and experiencing constant pain. The worse part of my neck issues is it took the fun out of biking and I was getting cranky because of the chronic pain. After seeing Sam I felt a HUGE improvement! I should have went sooner. I had a mix of cranio sacral and deep tissue massage therapy. This is the first time a massage therapist has really listened, tailored treatment, and focused on that area instead of saving it for last.
Sam was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and such an amazing person to work with. The best part was she could relate to my neck issues as she's a cyclist as well and really gets where the problem areas occur.
Nexus had a great atmosphere from the moment I walked in - love the added touch with the fish tank - so relaxing.
I walked away feeling so much better than when I walked in. I'll definitely be going back.
Highly recommend massages at Nexus if you're looking for a new massage therapist or looking to change things up!

Sam is wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, calm and not only listens but really hears you! She has created a relaxing and stress less environment in which to practice her magic, which leaves you feeling renewed. No cookie cutter massages here, Sam always tailors to what you need, and her results are astonishing. I’ve had massages elsewhere with nowhere near the same results. Sam clearly loves her craft and has helped me with a few issues that I would never have thought about treating with massage before her. Highly recommend 10/10.

Sam is amazing. She's, in my opinion, a pain whisperer and a healer. I suffered a back injury playing soccer. When Sam treated me, she was thorough in her assessment, attentive to details and skillful in her treatment. I hurt my back in the thoracic area which impeded full function of my right hip. The pain was excruciating. I literally pleaded with Sam to fit me in her busy schedule, and I am happy that she did.
I have been healing faster, thanks to Sam. Now, I can squat and lunge without significant discomfort or pain.

Sam is a true gem! Each of my visits were educational, calming and therapeutic. I cannot say enough about Sam's knowledge of how our body functions and processes and her massage techniques to treat the cause of aching symptoms. I have been a client of Sam’s for several years. I always appreciate her professionalism, but more, her ability to put me back together.
I recently had a session with Sam, due to a lower back issue. I felt I was a half step, if not a full step slower on the tennis court, due to mobility issues, but the next day, that step was back. Sam has magic hands; she listens to your concerns and professional addresses the issue.
