I am so glad to be a client of Nordstrom Dental in Rimbey. They have such a good culture there and the whole staff are so personable and welcoming. It’s the only dentist office that I have felt comfortable in my entire life and I am 67 years old. I just had 3 cavities taken care of today and there was no anxiety at all. Wonderful group of people! I would recommend them to everyone.

The atmosphere was calming and inviting. Reception were really friendly and helpful. Dr Mikka was amazing. I've had traumatic experiences in my past, therefore I have extreme anxiety and it's hard for me to see the dentist. She was so patient and made sure I was okay. I have very sensitive teeth. Dental cleaning used to give me major anxiety! My Dental Hygienist, Mary Jo is an absolute gem. She is well aware of my nervousness and is always as gentle as can be. She seems to know what I need to hear to relax. On my last visit, I tried the non needle freezing. This was a great option for me because I also hate needles lol. It worked really well and no poking was necessary. I also tried the desensitizing product for the first time. ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING!!! My extremely sensitive teeth seem to be a thing of the past and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! Thank you Nordstrom Dental!!

I had an appointment today to have a filling replaced, and to have my teeth cleaned. I had a great dentist. And his helper was wonderful as well, and they took everything into consideration, making sure I was well taken care of and uh, everything was done very professionally and I enjoyed myself, they enjoyed themselves. My cleaning was done by the lady. That's been cleaning my teeth for years, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We have such a good camaraderie, and I would recommend this dental office for any of your needs. They do such a wonderful job. They get you in when you need to be in and take care of you immediately. Everybody has such a wonderful Smile on their face and they just take care of what needs to be done

It was my first visit to Nordstrom Dental since we have moved to Rimbey from Calgary. I was pretty surprised and amazed by level of customer service starting from getting intake form well advanced prior my appointment. What a beautiful clinic to elevate your experience- special area for kids to play, top notch professional advice and care, and extremely helpful guidance and explanation on every step. Thank you for amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had to go in for an emergency tooth removal, and the entire team was great! I seen Dr. Riley, and he was very explanatory and made me feel calm when the freezing had to go in. I had zero problems after, and my gums healed quickly ! Highly recommended.

After having a bad experience at my last dentist I decided to try out Nordstrom Dental. My mom goes and she always says they are amazing. She was absolutely right! I won't be going to another dentist. The staff was great from the minute I walked in the door. It was the best, most relaxing teeth cleaning I've ever had. I used to hate getting it done but I felt like I could have taken a nap. Everything that needed to be done was clearly explained and shown to me on a 3D image of my teeth, options were discussed and a plan created. I live an hour away and I will still make Nordstrom Dental my regular dentist from now on.
