I have been to the hospital three days out of the last 7 days. The first two times everyone was kind and helpful. I met some amazing doctors and nurses I had a weird condition that took a few times to get completely figured out but I am on the mend. The only time I was disappointed was yesterday afternoon at the triage part. Once you get past these people everyone else is amazing they are super understaffed and super busy. They need more help and maybe the front desk area wouldn’t be so grumpy. It’s too bad because the doctor and nurses in the back are the ones that help, so be patient until you get back there.

Slowest, over 8 hour wait send ya home quick as possible feeling no difference you have to be in illegal to get prompt service. I guess that’s the case when the government fits your bill straight up thank you Hospital. You’re better off going to the nurse practitioners. They treat you with dignity respect and get you to your specialist as quick as possible. hooray for a nurse Practitioners

Exceptional staff - attentive, friendly, warm, and professional. The average wait time was 4 hours on a Thursday evening (8pm) so while I didn’t wait to be treated, I was triaged and attended to with utmost care. Very impressed by how friendly the staff were.

Worst hospital to go too. Don't waste your time. My mom got rush there for her heart they left her there in a room for 3 hours without looking at her. We went to Ottawa hospital and find out that she had a severe pneumonia as well as (pulmonary fibrosis) and COPD which it is a serious condition

I have been to North Bay General Hospital many times. By ambulance and walk in. Always treated with respect and the wait
depends on how many people are there. I’ve never had a problem the doctors, nurses, cleaning and food staff will go beyond their job and time to help you.

My gf has gone two times now to get a cast for her broken had and both times they send her home with her hand in Cotton and gauze she asked both times for a ful cast even the nurses were in disapproval of the so called cast the doctor gave my gf

A lot of fake reviews on here, I investigated. Do not trust this Hospital until public media is notified that it is safe. Criminal investigations of long time still in process, including attempted murder charges of many to say the least. Canada at war with India. How many immigrants works here with I'll intentions ... 'common, not hard to figure out .....
