I Stopped in here to get a tank of gas today. I really didn’t want the teenager pumping gas touching my new truck or “cleaning” my windows. I should have told him not to. I was worried he was going to scratch my truck by being careless with the squeegee. As I was waiting inside and in the middle of paying I saw him using the squeegee on my tail lights. Cringing as I watched. While he pulled the squeegee across the tail light, the metal portion of the squeegee was in contact with the paint on my tailgate and caused a large scratch visible as soon as I approached my truck.

Super frustrating, all I wanted was a tank of gas not a scratch on my truck. “Full service” is supposed to a convenience and a favour for customers, not cause damage to my personal property. I wish they would have asked before they took a squeegee that I wouldn’t even clean my boots with to my brand new truck.

Needless to say I’ll never be buying fuel here again.

Travelled from Sidney, BC to Kenora, ON and back this Sept. Nanton Esso had the BEST service by far, for a filling station.
Gas & Propane filled. Outside attendant was outstanding! Inside attendant also excellent. Thank you for a genuine, positive customer experience.

You have to pay inside... And you Have to Hand over your Visa card or your car keys to get the Gas! And get it/them back when your finished looking for Road treats, or use the facilities! The station was clean, and dated, but tidy, and well kept, friendly staff!!

This is the best gas station if you’re driving south. The staff fill your vehicle & wash your windows. They have clean washrooms. They sell a great variety of products, snacks, drinks, fireworks & much more.

Love that this is a full service gas station. I stop here every travel on the way through and I thought how awesome it is to have good old fashion full service. Clean, good selection of goods. Highly recommended to make your trip better. I would pay a few extra cents per litre to have full service every time. Keep up the good service. Thank you

I haven't been to a full serve station in years so coming here was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly staff that are willing to help you in anyway they can. The gas jockey cleaned my windows so good I just had to tip him.

Cheaper gas down the road. Have to leave credit card inside before fueling. Most have pay at the pump Little shady.
Reply to you never used the washrooms being we have our own because either they are filthy locked from public use. If you didn't like the review then clean up your business.
