Visited NSOR on recommendation from a colleague.

Been working on getting a recently acquired Tundra sorted out with wheels, tires, and suspension. Rich and the team have been great as I learn about the world of wheel and tire fitment. They've provided sound recommendations and have been remarkably patient in my pursuit to find the right setup. "I just want you to be happy with what you end up choosing!", is a sentence that you don't hear enough these days.
Thanks Guys. Would recommend!

15,000 km on the Wildpeak A/T4s and they’ve been amazing! Huge shoutout to NSOR for the killer install⚡️⚡️⚡️. Zero issues on the drive to Yellowstone, and they crushed it through the Alberta winter and nonstop PNW rain!

I brought my truck in for a leaf spring adjustment, and the setup turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected. Jason and the team handled it really well — not only did they get the job done, but they also took the time to make sure the whole vehicle was running properly before finishing up. They found a couple other things that needed attention and sorted those out too, without cutting corners. Really appreciated the extra effort. Good people, solid work.

Although I was unable to buy from them, their customer service was amazing!

I wanted to get a headache rack for an 06 Dakota with a trifold tonneau cover. I asked if they had anything that would fit but, since I have such a niche truck they didn't have anything that would work from their suppliers. If I get a more common truck I'd definitely consider them just based off of the customer service alone.

I went to the North Shore off-road location at 179 Harbour in North Vancouver. I dealt with a guy named Rich, hoping I got that name right - but he also owns a Ford F150. I was super frustrated with my truck, as one crash bar was rubbing on a turn from a dealer installed level and wheel set - since new. The ride was perceived to be majorly bumpy and my sunroof was eventually rattling away non-stop. The rattling, creaking and squeaking exasperated every bump I went over on a road - to the point I was sure something more was wrong and was perceiving the ride to be more bumpy than it was. I literally barely drove the truck for 5.5 years since new like that (15000 kms in last 4 years), as I was concerned about warranty compromise with manipulating the crash bar - so left it and no other sourced help advised a solution and told me to accept it. I was later told maybe the sunroof track bar is broken and there were estimates of $1000 to $2000 to fix, with a $500 diagnosis fee. I had a second car, so I subconsciously avoided driving the bloody thing.

I have one consult and appointment with Rich last week and all my concerns and issues with the truck were instantly gone - I was left very red-faced about how I incorrectly said how bad this truck was lol. They were able to do a pushback of the crash bar, so I can turn without gritting my teeth at rubbing if I cranked the wheel fully, and Rich patiently took the time to show me a step-by- step approach to an identified common issue with these large panoramic sunroofs (outside their scope of work). I went home, got the materials he recommended, and now my truck runs without one noise or rubs. It blows me away how it’s dead silent with my Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Rich also advised on some future wheel and tire modifications to further give a smooth ride. For now, I am smiling ear to ear.

I wish I went to these guys right away, versus others vendors dismissing it.

Great guys here!

Great services from some awesome guys. Jason in particular was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some tires. Switching out the old to new tires was quick. Highly recommend this place!

They are happy to help the 4x4 community, came in to get some waterproof connectors because didn't have a tool to crimp the pins. They were quick and willing to sell me some pre wired connectors for good price.
