My daughter has been training at NVGS for years, she loves it here, and has learned so much. I will forever be grateful to all the good people who have worked - and continue to work together - to keep gymnastics affordable and inclusive to all kids in our community. We are so lucky to have a not-for-profit gymnastics club in Vernon that offers rec programs, as well as strong competitive training. Go NVGS!

Her confidence both in and out of the gym has skyrocketed, her skills are phenomenal and the group of friends she has made is amazing. Our family loves North Valley. Has it been through a lot of change over the past few years? Yes. Is it literally stronger than ever? Also yes!

The competitive coaches are phenomenal -skilled, knowledgeable and always 100% engaged. They work on not only fostering strong muscles but also strong character.

The rec coaches are excellent too. Most are former/current athletes and bring plenty of skill and enthusiasm!

The gym facility is unrivalled in Vernon, with a huge bright, open, nearly brand-new training space, trampolines and a foam pit.

As for management, the gym is a not-for-profit, and is actively listening to the needs of its members. So many amazing positive changes have happened just recently in response to feedback.

We love North Valley! The proximity to Armstrong is great, the facility is beautiful and well thought out for athletes and for parent viewing. Coaches have been amazing with our daughter from rec to competition. Grateful for all the staff and board members!

Sue-Anne is a heartled coach who not only teaches the atheletes gymnastics skills but also guides them to becoming better equipped with social and emotional skills. She encourages hard work and commitment and gives the grace a young athlete needs.

I'm happy to see the recreational programming growing and look forward to having my toddler join very soon!

Amazing coaching! We have a daughter in competitive, a daughter in pre-competitive, and a son in rec and we are thrilled with all the coaches and their skills. They are clearly still trying to fit into their new location but the love of the sport is evident and their quality coaches are putting them on the map!

We had such a great birthday party experience!!! 100% recommend. The staff were AMAZING- from the prompt replies to my emails with questions before the party, to the actual hosts at the party- everyone was so kind and made the birthday party so much fun! Beautiful facility. We will be back for sure.
