A very comfortable weekend. The service was excellent. A great hot breakfast when many hotels only have continental breakfast and some don't have any at all.

The room was clean but the only complaint I had was with the heater. A little hard to adjust the temperature but manageable.

This was probably the filthiest hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. There was still hair on the beds & bath tub, the curtains were all wrinkly, and the hotel room REEKED of smoke (which is ironic considering they have a no smoking sign at the entrance). Another thing is how they didn’t even make the beds properly & they probably weren’t even washed considering how there was still hair on it. The staff at the entrance also weren’t very friendly (its like they’re being forced to work there). Only good thing about this place is how close it is to most shops but thats it.

Spend the extra $20 and spend the night at some other hotel because they are also near the shops & is probably cleaner than this hotel.

For the price the room was ok, very plain and was fairly ckeab. What was not appreciative was the noise from the people down the hall that let their kids do whatever the hell they wanted, yell scream slam doors cry in the hallway…. Literally from the time I checked in at 2pm to almost 10 pm. And again fired up at 7:30 am🤬Obviously living there which does not excuse the fact that others may need quiet!! When I complained to the front desk they said they’d talk to them. It got worse after that. Will not stay here again would rather pay extra for a quieter stay

Same deal with others hair , mold , poor build quality rooms thay where not clean asked ab it was told some one is comeing no one showed up. What happen ? Why should we pay the rates when this sucks. Even the breakfast was poor quality 😕

Do not stay here !! I booked a room for my daughter to stay here and study for her college exams . Very noisy, nothing done about it . Breakfast was OK but not enough for all guests to eat. Rooms need updates. Total waste of my money and hers.

Dirty. Sketchy. Smelled like smoke, like all the other reviews have mentioned. Damp and humid for whatever reason. I would not recommend staying here if you want to feel safe. The door was missing the latch lock. The door must have got kicked in and it broke. The shower curtain was NOT changed. There was mud all over it. Stained sheets. Floors felt dusty. Furniture felt almost wet to touch because of how humid it was in there. Walls were thin. We only stayed there because it was rhe only available spot, and we were exhausted. Over priced for nothing. We only slept there for 5 hrs and left ASAP. I slept with my jacket on.

This hotel is a complete dump.. walked into my room and there was hairs in my bathroom everywhere that's not mine.. also french fries under the table that weren't mine. Place is disgusting and stinks like smoke.save your money people

I can’t even give this hotel 1 star. It’s disgusting! My room had black mold on the ceiling from a leak. I talked to a young lady in the parking lot that said she had mice in her room.

Do not spend your money at this hotel. Sleep in your vehicle before paying money for this filth!

This place should be torn down. It’s so bad I am calling the Town of Slave Lake tomorrow in an attempt to revoke their business licence. It’s that bad!!
