I trained here for over two years before I moved back to the Maritimes. I think about this culture at least once a week and miss it terribly. Great community and instructors. Mario and his team are a blessing to all those involved.

Top notch sport and world class coach without question. We’ve watched our daughter develop not only her BJJ over the last couple years but other lifestyle activities and all around life skills as well! Mario hits a home run with his passion and this business, seeing kids of either gender and all walks of life develop as they do. Best time and money you’ll spend on your kids.

NOS BJJ is an awesome martial arts training center for the whole family. Classes for nearly all ages of kids (5ish +) as well as adult classes. Mario is the friendly face that owns and runs NOS. Great guy, funny, really enjoys the kids and making them laugh while they learn to enjoy a choke! With a gym in Vernon and Grinrod, there are classes every day of the week. Highly recommended for building confidence, good character and respect in your young kids.
