I can't say enough about NowWhat and their services, from in-take, onboarding and the ongoing work they have been a game changer for us and our family. Upon being referred we met with staff there to talk about the goals for our child, the 'why' we wanted to come, their interests, and we were paired up with a specialist that best suited his needs. The care and timing taken to match has been so beneficial. Over our time there we have seen huge progress in our son, he enjoys going to NowWhat and it has impacted him, and us, so positively. They have managed to create a fun, and safe environment that doesn't feel clinical but more so visiting a a friendly home - I highly recommend NowWhat.

We have had a great experience!

We were able to get an intake meeting almost right away and were set up with a therapist within a very short period.
The intake meeting was spent discussing the great things about my child rather than our concerns as they were already defined and detailed on the intake form we filled out.
The person doing the intake meeting described what the clinic can offer through various group programming and how it could be claimed through our employment benefits, they wanted to ensure we would not have to go out-of-pocket when treatment planning.
We have been attending regularly, with my child meeting with their therapy coach for a few weeks and we have seen many gains already! My child loves going, she really looks forward to it. She is looking forward to starting group programming September!

It’s nice to have found someone who understands and can help me navigate my issues with cPTSD. Tracy Pryce is kind, patient and well equipped as a guide in that very dark ‘rabbit hole’. She is teaching me to expose the abuses from my childhood/teenage years and stop them from controlling my thoughts and dreams. Our family life has improved drastically since working with Now What? Consulting.

We learned about this agency when shortly after we finding out about our child's diagnosis. We were at a loss as to how best to help him, how to cope with the challenges of his behaviours and how to go about finding community services to assist our family. There were so many areas to be addressed: family life, sibling issues, educational concerns, medication needs, and emotional/social issues. We had no idea where to start and how to go about finding the most reputable services, doctors and support available. Also, we really had no sense of what our son might actually be eligible for in terms of support.

During my first meeting with Rina and Milena, it felt like a door opened and I could breathe again. They assured us that we are not alone and that there was hope for our son and our family. After completing a thorough assessment, they outlined a step by step plan recommended to implement all of the supports we would need. So, needless to say, we quickly said "YES"...sign us up!

We were amazed at how quickly they began to get things in place - sending referrals, meeting with our son, and providing us with contacts. The personalized care and support they provided was quite amazing....to find a combination of such compassion and understanding along with a super task oriented approach was incredible.

Every one of the recommendations they have made has proven to be extremely helpful. It feels like we now have the support we need to move forward and to give our son the best life we can!
