This school may boast "the best school in Canada for geoscience", but overall, its graduates do not reflect this. Hubris, arrogance, over-inflated egos, and toxic nepotism are anything but the "best" aspects of human nature. Those are the outstanding qualities I see from participants of this school.

NSCC centre of Geological Science has added dorms to the facilities. All rooms have double bed with drawers underneath. There's single and double rooms. And the suite with 4 dorm rooms in it. Looks like an apartment. Laundry room on site. There's a common kitchen area. Many washrooms that are gender neutral. Also accessible dorm rooms. Everything was very clean and new. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Going here was such a waste of time and money. They first make you buy a bunch of random books you'll never use for 100X the real cost and then they'll teach ancient knowledge for 80% of the course, then they'll finally teach modern knowledge and at the end they'll exam you on stuff you were never taught on. After all that, they wont help you find a job related to the course, nor does the government create jobs related to the courses.
