The staff are nice but absolutely no sense of urgency, it took 20 minutes for 3 Acai bowls + 1 smoothie 😭 we regretted ordering and wouldn’t have if we knew how long it would take. It wasn’t because they were busy / we saw them working on our order for that long and they weren’t complicated orders.

I doubt I'll be ordering from the Oakville location again. Both times were a disappointment. The first time my bowl was poorly built and missing ingredients. Today it was very low on fruit and the fruit that it does have is mushy.

If you'd like a great Oakberry experience go to the Streetsville location in Mississauga. From the service, to the quality, and presentation.. it's a 10/10 experience every single time!

Absolutely disgusting experience at Oakberry. The girls working there clearly didn’t care about cleanliness or hygiene. Fruits were spilled all over the counter and instead of throwing them out, they just picked them up and put them back into our cup. That is beyond gross and completely unacceptable.

Not to mention, the washrooms were filthy — no soap, no paper towels, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. This place seriously needs better staff training and basic hygiene standards. Won’t be returning.

I walk by one of these upcoming locations in downtown Toronto and thought some I was in Oakville and had time to kill I would try it.

Love that you can customize the bowl to what you like and the sizes are definitely good for the portions. Although previous reviews are right amor the price as it’s quite expensive but definitely was nice for a little treat around a beautiful neighbourhood.

Will definitely come back again!

Absolutely love Oakberry in Oakville!
Their smoothies are incredibly fresh, thick, and packed with flavor. My go- to is the Very berry smoothie. This location is a super clean space with friendly staff, and quick service. Great for a healthy snack or post-workout treat. Worth every penny!

Highly recommend if you’re into fresh, delicious, and nutrient-packed smoothie, bowls or drinks. 🍓🍌🥥

I don’t know if it was a policy change to try to save every last cent, but if it is, this is stupid. You’ll lose customers serving it like this, I’ve been a long time Oakberry customer but I’m not coming back if you’ll be trying to save cents of granola and condensed milk out of a $16 açaí

Heard great things so wanted to try. Ordered an acai bowl with protein on Skip. They poured a layer of protein in the cup and didn’t blend it. What. I had to eat around it lest I dryscoop protein powder into my mouth…. Otherwise acai and fruit was fresh and good. Will try again. Portion is also incredibly small for the price

It is one of our favorite foods. Super healthy, super amazing. Great place and atmosphere. Staff is really friendly and of course the Acai with unlimited toppings is extremely tasteful. We had this in Dubai and really wanted it to come to Oakville. Located at lakeshore road Oakville, we were waiting for it to open for last many many months and as soon as it opened, we decided to give it a try. I must say that we are not disappointed at all. Looks like we found a new hangout place in Oakville.
