I recently visited Okotoks Ford Lincoln on a snowy, cold Saturday, interested in test-driving a Ford Bronco. From the moment we walked in, Wayne approached us—not to push a sale, but to genuinely help. I told him I wanted to try out the Bronco, and without hesitation, he grabbed some information and the keys and encouraged us to take it for a drive.

When we returned, Wayne simply asked for our thoughts—never once coming across as pushy or trying to force a sale. Throughout the entire process, he made it clear that the decision was ours. When we made our final offer, he didn’t push back but instead moved forward with the deal smoothly. His professionalism, experience with Ford, and honest approach made us trust him completely.

Once the paperwork was completed, he introduced us to Corrina in finance. Like Wayne, she was friendly, genuine, and focused on getting us the best possible rate. Many dealerships feel like high-pressure environments where sales are the top priority, but Okotoks Ford Lincoln truly embodies a small-town atmosphere where customer experience comes first.

From start to finish, our experience was comfortable and welcoming. If you're looking for a dealership where you won’t feel pressured and can trust the people you’re dealing with, I highly recommend Okotoks Ford Lincoln.

I recently purchased a truck from Okotoks Ford and had a mixed experience.

Walker Joyce, the Sales Associate who helped me, was fantastic. He was open to negotiation, very knowledgeable, direct, and easy to communicate with. Doing business with him was a breeze, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Sales Manager and service department was less positive. I initially saw the truck at their sister dealership, Woodridge Ford, before it was reconditioned. I paid a deposit and was assured by the Sales Manager that the vehicle would be ready before I left the country. However, despite these assurances, the truck wasn’t ready in time. While I was abroad, I received unnecessary and unprofessional threats (via an apologetic and understanding Walker) that the vehicle would be re-listed.

Upon my return, I was disappointed to find that the vehicle hadn’t been properly prepared despite the dealership having had it for weeks. I had to return twice to have repairs done, including an issue with the air dam system that was initially blamed on me until I provided photos showing the damage prior to my ownership. The rims were also damaged while the truck was in their care, which led to more time in the shop.

Additionally, I paid $180 for the truck to be detailed and clay-barred before pickup, which didn’t happen. This was frustrating and left me with a sour impression of the service I received.

In summary, while I had an excellent experience with Walker Joyce, I would caution potential buyers to be wary of the service department and sales management.

1st time dealing with Okotoks Ford Lincoln, I used to deal with the Woodridge group in Calgary.
I realize they are one of the same, but would like to note, the service dept so far is heads above Calgary.
I was kept up to date with how my service was progressing, staff was accommodating, I didn’t have to wait a month for an appointment, if I wanted the Lincoln loaner.
I was happy with the Lincoln clean I received, I travel a little farther but so far it is worth it.
