I was so grateful to Neil at Okotoks Physiotherapy for all the patience and help he provided . I was first introduced to this group after I had knee surgery, and Neil was instrumental in my recovery… But beyond that I have been back for a rotator cuff/shoulder injury and once again, he provided some great exercises, therapy and information. He has such an encouraging demeanour, and gives you the feeling that as long as you come, he will never give up. I needed that !! Thank you Okotoks Physio , you are “the BEST” !!

Very friendly and professional,from therapist through receptionist. My needs were quickly and fully looked at, and each exercise was demonstrated and then o l was observed to ensure l was comfortable and correct. Paper copy was given noting each exercise and frequency. Next appointment was sent, and l really appreciated that receptionist immediately sent email with date and time for next visit. New exercises demonstrated and tried after Dr reviewed how l had found my at home sessions . On third visit my therapist reviewed results and reviewed that the tear in shoulder would not be repaired through physio,but gave cycle to follow to continue strengthening shoulder. Very much appreciate the openness and honesty, for I could have been scheduled for more visits which would not further benefit me. A top rate place to go for expert help.

It's my pleasure to recommend Okotoks Physical Therapy. I had a bad fall on ice and sustained 2 fractures in my back in January 2023. Ashley has been absolutely great - she is very knowledgeable and created a truly effective course of exercises and treatment (at an appropriate progression rate) that have resulted in me being able to vastly improve my mobility. Ashley's advice and guidance is greatly appreciated. I never felt rushed at our appointments and I know that Ashley has gone above and beyond in ensuring that my recovery is being achieved in the appropriate time span, taking into account my elderly years.. The 2 receptionists are also super, and are very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you everybody!

I’m very pleased with the post-surgery services received at Okotoks Physical Therapy. Neil is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to give you exercises if you have a specific painful area. He is patient and very thorough; he teaches you the correct position for your exercise. Ashley is very good with the group sessions and does not push you to go beyond your ability. On the contrary, both Neil and Ashley want you to do your best and not overdo it.
