With gap closing this is the only place for Gap like jeans. Vibrant clothes with wide variety of shoes. Has a maternity section. Great for school kids

Went there just to buy one shirt, got in line and there was only one cashier. That’s totally okay I don’t mind waiting, more people started to pile behind me and no one came up to help/open up another register. When I finally got my item paid for and was waiting for my receipt, the guy was on his phone, had it laid out right in front of him on the register, and he was looking at Snapchat maps. Kind of unacceptable seeing as I work retail myself. You never haul your phone out in front of a customer I feel like that is common knowledge anywhere you work. Disappointed

I don't shop here but my girlfriend does. She seems to like the clothes and so do I. I usually go to Michael's and wonder the store pondering how a styrofoam ball costs so much when you could go down to the coast line and find as much as you want for free. Recycle properly please

Old Navy is great but this particular location... Something's missing. It's probably staff. There's always a huge lineup, you can almost never get a change room, and the place is constant mess.
I won't stop going because the deals are just great but come on people!

When it comes to first impressions that represent a company, this place doesn't do the job.
The layout was cluttered, and seemed unorganized.
I feel that the product was ok, and priced reasonable, but the atmosphere in the place was uninviting.

Poorly run and kept store.....messy. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. When I asked for if they had something in my size she said "If you dont see your size we dont have it" in a very snobby tone. I won't be returning here. I recommend their website....all clothing sizes in stock with none of the attitude.😁
