Worst college EVER. The educational side of it is great sure, but good luck ever getting any sleep on this campus. It's a party college where people get lit on fire(true story) and destroy the campus. They party here every day of the week so if you are serious about learning here, I highly suggest you reside off campus. The food here is garbage, non-inclusive for anyone with dietary needs and there have been multiple cases of food poisoning. This college's priorities are highly skewed. It may have been a good college years back, but it's gone way down hill.

Lived in a College Courts Townhouse for two semesters, and had an overall negative experience. The cost of rent was way too high for living with three other roommates (almost $800/month). The walls between rooms and even between houses were paper thin, you could hear word for word what the people around you were saying. In the winter, the basement bedrooms were always freezing no matter how high we set the furnace, and when CHOC staff were told about this issue they did nothing to resolve it. The bathroom upstairs was equipped with a full bath/shower, while the downstairs bathroom only had a single stall shower, even though rent was the same for all tenants. The parking lots and sidewalks were not maintained during the winter. There were no lights or security cameras in most parking lots, and more than one vehicle was stolen during my time here. Laundry was expensive and the machines often dirty, ruining clothing. Just an overall negative experience that affected my education. The only good thing about living in a townhouse was being on campus and not having to drive to class every day. I would highly recommend finding off campus housing, as there are many great options in town!

Pretty decent for what you’re getting, Single, spacious rooms with your own bathroom. Would be nicer if the parking lot were paved, and possibly lit at night.

Definitely the nicest dorms I have stayed in, could be cheaper though and I wish the parking lots was paved, plus there is no plug in parking for residence but the is plug ins for public parking which makes no sense

I have only stayed in the dorms. I found them to be like mini hotel rooms. Thank you for the wonderful premises.

I stayed there about one month, and was really good, rooms are pretty good, you have your own bathroom and a desk. And the internet is really fast
