When Mike did my dentures they were perfect. The first reline ~ amazing. But it fell apart on the second refine. They simply didn't fit and Mike would not accept responsibility for it and redo the reline. Because of this I won't be going back as I have lost all confidence in him. When you do a bad job you should own it and fix it.

Well got a new set of dentures. It took a few months. The most I’ve spent on teeth by far. Since then they broke or lost teeth. Mike provided 3 or so new sets of teeth. Finally they seem to be holding up but the fit isn’t great and I’m sure they will fail again soon. His service is great and friendly but the quality and fit is sub par.

This is a 4 month follow up review. My new complex dentures are working very well. Both top and bottom plates have fit perfectly from day 1. I did have a minor adjustment within the 1st week and haven't needed any additional office visits since. I am talking better and eating properly (biting, chewing). The dentures are light weight and comfortable. It's been 20 years dealing with dentists and denturists, to finally have great fitting teeth. Thank you.

From the initial consult, to picking a treatment plan, scheduling surgery and follow up appointments, Mike has been very up front and extensive in his knowledge for my husbands treatment plan. His skillset and knowledge is above and beyond in this advanced industry, willing to help out and listen to his clients for their utmost satisfaction. Unfortunately – Not impressed not satisfied. Originally Olds Denture had prepared both top and bottom plates with the temporary lining, which we installed at once after removing all my remaining natural teeth. Later permanent denture linings for a “proper” fit were needed, at addition cost of approximately $800. Fast forward, - inside of 2 years, I daily need to apply denture adhesive cream to both plates to keep them stationary in my mouth, to verbally communicate, and/or eat a meal. In addition, the first top front tooth fell out while eating, which Olds Denture re-inserted. Another $135 charge to do so. The very same front tooth dislodged and fell out again a short time later. No charge. Within days the second top front tooth fell out which Olds Denture re-inserted. Another $135 charge to do so. Olds Denture recommended another reline for proper fit of course at my expense again. Enough is enough. I’m done and heading to Mexico. I’ve lost all confidence in Olds Denture and Implant Center, both in their costly denture product and their costly repair services.

Friendly, caring and accommodating front end staff and Denturist. Michael is very thorough and informative. My dentures look great and fit wonderfully. Would highly reccommend.
