My massage with Deborah was amazing. Great pressure and relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for.

And all the other amenities available after were great. Clean. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Loved the variety of cold plunges they offered. The saunas and steam were definitely a favorite of mine. And the lounge was a great place to relax in between everything.
I spent 5 hours there. Would’ve stayed longer if they had snacks/food available. Ha ha.

I came to Canmore this week for a family ski trip, and this wonderful recovery / gym center happened to be 20 steps away from our condo we were staying at. I got to meet such an amazing, kind and wonderful staff (two of them I met were Rio and Jody). I could tell that they really cared about me setting my account up and experiencing the entire joy of all the services around the facility. I got to get a great lifting workout in and also try the ice bath, saunas and compression therapy. I felt tired after doing it for a couple hours with my Dad, but absolutely loved the experience. When I return to Canmore in the future, I will be rushing back to this place!

Cindy has an incredible gift and is so intuitive with her acupuncture treatments. I also didn't know how many other tools and hands-on techniques she uses in her sessions. She used a traditional Chinese type of massage, herbal application, as well as cupping before the needling.

She puts a lot of love into all the details of treatment - places a call button in your hand so if at any point you are uncomfortable you can easily bell her without moving. Cozy heated bed and heat lamps on my feet for max comfort.

I was so deeply relaxed I forgot my jacket on the way out 🙂

Visited for my bday last week. Booking was easy. I requested a massage therapist who could do deep tissue therapy and booked the recovery package.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was very cold and rude. I opted to do the recovery before my massage and notified them the day before yet she was very rude when she told me my massage isn't for a couple hours and made me feel unwelcome. She didn't give me any sandals with my robe and towel either.

The facility itself is nice but I was surprised there was no light spa music playing which made it feel more like a hospital.

I enjoyed the recovery package. Eucalyptus Steam room was fantastic and 3 cold plunge tubs. Place was not overly booked. Infrared sauna was nice too.

Massage was okay. I kept asking for more pressure but she didn't really adjust It. Massage was mediocre.

Checking out none of the front desk girls asked how my treatment was. Didn't really feel like the people working there are wanting to be there or genuinely care about the clients. I wouldn't go back.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice. Met with Cindy for some Accupunture on my lower back. She was very thorough and patiently answered any questions I had. The clinic is well run, professional and up to date. Highly recommend them.

After a long week of hiking, I treated my husband and myself to a massage. Staff was friendly and inviting. Debbie and Mackenzie were very professional, kind, and made us feel so relaxed during our massages. We definitely did not want our time to end.
