I was visiting Vernon on the long weekend in July and was blessed to be
able to attend a yoga class with Jada, Jay and Charlie outside on a Sunday morning! It was at Perch winery and was overlooking the lake. Stunningly beautiful!
It was an easy stretch class and just what I needed. Jada is an amazing teacher. She has a gentle manner and starts the class with an intention and ensuring everyone is present in the moment. She flows you through an hour of strength and relaxation; never rushing and always offering modifications to every pose. Left there feeling renewed, relaxed and energized for the day. Thank you Jada for sharing your gifts with us that morning. Your beautiful heart and family shone. Look forward to returning and checking out your studio! Peace

This is a very welcoming studio with excellent teachers, a great variety of classes, all the equipment you need or bring your own.I have been enjoying the 9:30 classes lately with Shawn. I always feel better leaving than when I walked in. I am mostly interested in being a senior with good balance and able to handle stress well. I recommend this fun place.

One Yoga Vernon and its team is absolutely amazing! From my first visit on I felt very welcomed, integrated and seen. Everyone is treated respectfully and with such a love and kindness, which was outstanding to me. You can really feel that all the people matter here and "not the numbers". I want to highlight the great opportunity with the introductory pass, which allowed me to join as many classes as possible and through which I gained a new passion for the yoga community. I also want to highlight the offer of Kundalini Yoga - which was new to me, but mindblowing. Thank you so much! <3

The best spot in town hands down 🙏💕 it is very rare to find studio owners who are striving for an authentic community space to truly teach yoga 🙏 a wonderful gem for the community and encouraging that western Yoga studios aren’t all driven by trend and greed. I go to this yoga studio almost every day, and it’s truly the best place in town. It’s my go-to spot to get away and relax. The atmosphere is calming, and the instructors are fantastic. I’m so glad this place exists!

Best Yoga studio in town. I go almost daily and I’ve had the best possible experience there. All of the instructors are lovely but Shawn and Denise have been my absolute favourite. It feels like they genuinely care about you and your yoga journey. Highly highly recommend to anyone of all different levels. No matter what you are looking for, OneYoga has a class for you.

On a family vacation and a few of us were able to squeeze in a yoga session on most days. Shawn was super helpful for getting things setup and the instructors were amazing. Fantastic studio for anyone who lives in Vernon or just visiting. Thank you to all the wonderful Yogis at One Yoga!!!
