My 8.5 year old son has been at Only One Taekwondo for a couple of years now. I truly can’t say enough about the amazing experience we’ve had. It all started with experiencing Master Seo, who is absolutely unbelievable with the kids. I wish more teachers and instructors had his exceptional talent to create an environment that is somehow how both highly structured and focussed, but also SO much fun. My kid (and most kids) have massive smiles on their faces the entire class, every class. They work hard, but enjoy themselves so much.

I can confidently say the Master Seo is one of the most important influences in my kids life.
All the new Masters who have joined since are also excellent. They are kind, extremely talented and make the experience so much fun.

As parents, I love that we not only get to watch each class, but how engaged we are in the process. Master Seo does a great job of intertwining the values of Taekwondo in to the kids personal lives, particularly their family lives. How they behave at home, respect their parents and show up outside of TKD matters a lot. Our kid works harder in the rest of his life, because he’s learning to live up to the values he’s been taught in class and through the testing process.

We started our daughter at Only One Taekwondo with Master Seo at the youngest they would allow and have not considered trying anywhere else. Even when she had some moments early on when she said she didn't want to continue, he took her aside in some private lessons and figured out how we could make her experience the best it could be.
Master Seo, Master Jay and Master Nicole are so absolutely amazing with the kids. They are patient and compassionate and work hard to ensure the best for my daughter, and she loves them each so dearly.
She even told Master Seo she wants to go to the Olympics one day in Taekwondo with him as her Trainor.

Most amazing place I’ve ever discovered. My daughter has come out of her shell strictly because of this place. All of the masters are unbelievably good with children.
