Onpoint Property Management Ltd continues to be a business of outstanding integrity! They consistently have had my best interest in mind as they search for the BEST tenant suited to my rentals. Helen is not content to merely fill the unit but rather maintains a high standard as she does the background checks. Their admin staff too is amazing!! They keep me well informed of any changes, concerns, maintenance needs and are quick to follow up if I have any questions!!

I would highly recommend Onpoint Property Management if you’re looking for a solid property manager!

I was a tenant for more than 3 years. Issues have been always resolved, repairs done. Couple times it took time for things to be done but over all I did need to look for new apartment until I needed to move to a different town. My damage deposit check was ready in 2 business days (I left the apartment really clean without any damages). So I think if you respect your contract you will not be respected. For me they deserve 5 stars.

The lady at the front desk has no respect or courtesy. I went to pay my rent, and she told me they don’t take card payments. She asked if I could pay in cash, but I don’t usually carry that much cash with me. I asked if she could wait while I brought the money, and she said, ‘We’re closing now.’

I had gone there straight after my shift and even asked if I could pay tomorrow, but she told me there would be a late fee. I said, ‘I’m here to pay—if you don’t have a debit machine, that’s not my fault.’ I asked again if she could wait while I brought cash, but she just kept repeating, ‘We’re closing.’

Then she said, ‘Have a good day,’ after already ruining mine. Honestly, this is a horrible company.”*

Excellent company! Been renting from them for 8 years and never had a problem. Great staff and management. Maintenance is awesome! If you treat your rental with respect you won't have a problem.

As long-term renters (6 years), we very rarely asked for things from OnPoint, fully knowing they will do the bare minimum. We had a light fixture we requested to switch to a fan, because the air conditioning provided does not reach further than the living room. Ignored. Flooring peeling, asked to be changed. Again, ignored. Renovated the outside of the building, and left the front entrance of my apartment, unfinished for 3 years. The company invades your privacy, every 6 months. They ask for feedback and then never acknowledge that feedback. The workers( with the exception of the 2 newest as of July 2025), are incredibly rude(even as they are speaking to you at your own house) in every single encounter. Without tenants they would have no way to feed their families, and yet they treat tenants like garbage.

Very rude staff, this women in their office think they are super Queens and if you came you must be a little slave on your knees.
Madams wake up you are not elite You are very usually working stuff. And not very clerkly.

we have used OnPoint to manage our rental properties for the past five years. we find them to be exceptionally good at finding tenants who pay their rent on time and keep our units in good condition.

Would give zero stars if I could. Speaking on behalf of my sister whom they scammed. Stole the whole damage deposit for seeing small nail holes made to hang pictures, when asked to fix them onpoint said no we need professionals to patch 3 holes which btw were allowed by onpoint to begin with. Stay away from dishonest companies like this.
