My experience has always been good with Dr. Dan for chiropractic and he takes the time to explain. I love massages with Tessie, she takes the pain away and makes me feel wonderful. Friendly reception and good location.

From start to finish, I always have a good experience here. Paula at the front is helpful, friendly and efficient. I’ve seen a few massage therapists over the years there, but for the past year and a half I have been working with Chris Anderson and he is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I feel completely safe and well taken care of by him. He listens to what I need and gives the best treatment for my issues. Sometimes we chat and sometimes he intuitively knows I’d like a bit of quiet time. I highly recommend this location and its staff.

I don’t often write reviews but I just had to this time. Chris the massage therapist worked through some spots that some others could never find! Definitely the best “fix my problems” massage I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a few!!
Dr.Dan is a knowledgeable chiropractor and even the front staff is exceptionally helpful! All around a great place and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Thank you so much!!

I have been a long time patient at Optimum Wellness in High River. I always look forward to my appointments with both Dr. Dan and Chris Anderson. I feel the staff values their patients and provides quality care! Paulette at the front desk is welcoming and goes above and beyond by trying to accommodate the patient's schedule when she books appointments.
I always recommend this clinic to friends and family!

This chiropractor was so gentle with my daughter. And very informative, he gave simple instructions to help heal at home. The secretary was very sweet and helped me fill out my forms. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for all my chiropractic needs.

Went to this place for the first time. I have had many other massages at a different place but wanted to try this one as I live in High River now and have a lot of pain recently and wanted to see someone as soon as possible.
I filled out the forms, including the body chart to show where my pain was. I indicated in was on my right side mostly.
The RMT I booked with never asked me what or where my pain was verbally, upon meeting him. I should have shown him where because he focused on the wrong side of my body and as anyone knows, the time is up before you know it.
He never checked to see how the pressure was and did the entire "deep tissue" massage seated in his chair. He huffed and puffed a lot as if he was annoyed that I asked for more pressure.
Near the end when he moved to my glutes I informed he wouldn't be able to use the same pressure because they were very sensitive. It was still too much and even with my flinched, clenching and saying how bad it hurt I had to reminded him he couldn't do the same pressure. He was borderline rude when he responded it wasn't the same pressure at all and it was "actually very light". He did light an up, but then he Started applying more pressure again after a minute or two. Overall, his pressure was inconsistent. There did not seem to be great customer care or questions and I left feeling the same pain in the same spot with no releif. I felt like it was a waste of time and money.
