After suffering with lower back pain for about six weeks due to overdoing it at the gym I decided to see if a Chiropractor could help my situation. I've had just a few visits so far but my back is definitely on the mend. Optimum Wellness Centre gets a two thumbs up from this happy patient and I highly recommend the Strathmore location that I have been attending. If your in pain try this wellness centre and expect relief.

Seen Dr. Sean and he was absolutely amazing. He listened to all of my needs and issues and had no issue with me bringing my very intrigued son into our appointment. The front staff are so polite and very welcoming. Optimum Wellness will be my only chiropractor. (I only used Marlborough OW when I lived in Calgary)

Amazing experience as always everyone there is friendly from start to finish. All the massage therapists are fantastic can't go wrong with any of them. Chiropractors are spot on with all your aches and pains, will get you back in form in a few visits.

Dr. Nav is amazing. She asks questions & listens. Truly cares about your well-being. I walked in thinking I would never be pain-free and now can move without pain. Highly recommend her. One of the best chiropractors I've had. The massage therapists are also great. Shout out to John & Jennifer.

The care here is unmatched. Dr. Nav is a wonderful chiropractor, thorough and helpful. Kalyn is a fantastic RMT. Brianna is always so kind, and even helped watch my 3 kiddos when I had to slip in for an emergency adjustment and couldn’t carry them. Grateful to be a client here.
