This auto shop is one of the best and one of the friendliest mechanics that we have ever done business with. Our truck broke down near Osoyoos on a Friday night. Monday morning We spoke to Gail at the reception desk and she understood the urgent nature of our situation and she was able to fit us in. They ordered the part and fixed the truck when they said they would, the cost was exactly what they said it would be. We were able to get home safely. This team is trustworthy and we recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, honest and efficient auto repair shop while in Osoyoos. Btw.... Gail loves chocolates and the boys in the shop love beer 😉

I was leaving Osoyoos after a 2 week stay, and of course my car developed a tire leak. After trying the bigger tire shop and getting a curt see you in 2 days, I ended up at Osoyoos Mechanics. Lukas was kind enough to fit me in as soon as possible and I was out of there in 1 hour. Gail in the office set me up on the pinball machine to help pass the time. Anyone beat my 8M points Gail? Seriously, this shop is very considerate of the situation you're in and helped as soon as possible.

Osoyoos Mechanics came through for me during a tough time. My 20 year old Ford Ranger had overheated and spewed acrid steam while I was heading down the Similkameen Valley. BCAA towed me to Osoyoos, where I had a room booked for the night. The next morning, both local mechanics shops confirmed they were booked solid through mid-June. But Osoyoos Mechanics listened to my story and said if left my car there they'd take a look. Initially it looked like I might have to wait up to a week for repairs. But they went the extra mile and did the job in two days allowing me to get on the road again. Reasonably priced and very professional. Thanks for the fine work!

Yesterday we had a flat tire heading towards Edmonton..and none of the other tire guys in Osoyoos would help especially OK tires...but Osoyoos Mechanics not only gave us appointment in their busy schedule but also fixed our 5 Ton truck within 45 minutes...best service and knowledgeable guys...thanks a lot!!

Previously thought they were reliable but last repair proved the opposite. They damaged my A/C clutch doing a belt replacement that they struggled with for 2 hours. After they finished the squeeking was worse so they then misdiagnoised a + $2000 alternator replacement. When asked they said they had checked all pulleys and all were fine and they were sure it was the alternator. They were wrong and later when I realized my A/C didn't work properly a loosened and bent clutch bolt was found. Not only did they fail to take responsibility but they won't even reply to emails, telephone calls or Better Business Bureau corespondence about the complaint. Very disapointed!
