Both times he picked me up he was on time, very nice guy. Also asked him to make a pit stop at timmies and he said I'm a bit busy today but okay we will stop. I would use them again.

Great guy did a round trip from Osoyoos to Oliver and back. Fair price no complaints at all. Really nice and patient as he had to wait for me with other customers calling and waiting . Really knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend

BRUTAL

The driver was super rude and drove erratically to the restaurant where we had dinner. They also charged us $60 for a 15 min drive each way and wanted cash only.On the way back, they did the same thing, drove fast and when we arrived at our place, again demanded cash. It was an aweful experience and I had just gotten into a car accident a week ago. I would never again use their services!!!!!

Absolutely BRUTAL!! Guy answering the phone keeps saying some one is on their way it was supposed to be 15 mins so we waited as they asked us to. After 45 mins and 2 calls to them we decided to go back to our campsite and make dinner. Got a call shortly after to I would imagine say we are here. We however ignored it.

Maybe you should suggest to people you will call on arrival rather than make them sit I. The heat to make it more convenient for you passengers not yourselves…

Called them at 11:14pm and was told he’d be there in 20 minutes, called again 30 min later (11:44) and they said he was doing another delivery and would be there in 10min. Got in the taxi at 11:54 and the meter was already at $3.75 (9.55 in total at the end of the ride) and no he didn’t wait for us, we got in the cab basically as soon as he stopped. He also didn’t stop at stop signs and didn’t use he’s turn signals, also we could’ve walked away without paying because the driver wasn’t even paying attention. (We got out of the car, looked at him and had to say something before he even noticed us waiting to pay)

Just ran me off the road (I’m a cyclist) and proceeded to try and hit me, swearing loud and parked in the bike lane of the highway.
This just happened Feb 27th around 10:05 am.

Whoever is driving this cab should be fired. There is no plausible reason to run a cyclist off the road, proceed to honk and swear at them while illegally parked in the highway bike lane.
This driver is dangerous and I’ve filed a police Report. Absolutely abysmal these are the people they hire.

Unbelievable - I called for a cab explaining it would be two adults and a dog. The cab arrived, and the driver simply said 'no dog' and rudely drove off. I have never been refused service, and the vehicle was a minivan, so there should have been no issues with our pet being able to ride in the back. Since this is the only cab company in Osoyoos, I guess they really don't care about customer service. There's an opportunity here for Uber or Lyft for sure!
