Joining OBJJ gym has been a life changing experience. All of the coaches feel real, not only in personality but in skill. They teach the grappling arts (judo, wrestling, Gi/No Gi jiu-jitsu) in a rewarding and ever progressing way. They break down techniques and provide constant innovation, helping you improve in a joyful manner. The community is very diverse. Filled with many different style of fighters, at varying experiences. Not everyday will be easy, but if you keep your mind open and your ego off the mat, you'll find a great passion.

Andre is a great coach and competitor. He just recently won the Gold at the IBJJF Masters World Champions, a true testament to his knowledge and technical ability. Kids and adults classes for all levels in a safe and friendly environment. If you live in the Hamilton/Waterdown area, do yourself a favor and take advantage of the free trial they offer. Bring your kids too and watch their confidence soar!

Amazing training environment! Andre and his team have classes and practices that cater to all levels of the sport. Whether you're a seasoned MMA pro, a high-level BJJ competitor, or just someone who is looking to improve themselves physically and mentally, I can't recommend this place enough!
