I just love this venue, the layout, the staff, the size. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And they let people have a good time and bring good energy. From beach balls to Conga lines, Dawson creek knows how to have a good time. Loved every concert that I’ve been too at the arena, keep up the good work, shoutout to Brynna and Ashley stellar staff!

Not bad place for a concert at all. Went and seen The Dirt Band,they were great. But how you received your bracelet to be able to buy booze was a disgrace, no organization to it at all, they could definitely do better on that

Music was great, that’s the only reason it’s not a 0-star. How can a person enjoy a show when an AC vent is directly above you blowing cold air on you for 2.5 hours straight?! Apparently someone that is clearly braindead within this venue thinks that having the main duct with several vents blowing straight down on the crowd is a good idea. I overheard literally everyone around us talking about it while trying to stay warm, everyone was visibly uncomfortable. I seen some older ladies that were shivering even after covering themselves with blankets! My wife was freezing the entire time but was a good sport, but she now has a runny nose and head cold. The couple sitting beside us left the concert half an hour early because she couldn’t take the cold, she couldn’t stop shivering even after going to buy a sweater because they wouldn’t let her go to their vehicle to get one. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice and clean building and grounds. Good acoustics. Wish the consesion prices were a little lower. I understand economics but when does it no longer favor the customer? Glad to see all of our Grad Class of 2024 graduating. Lots of great minds and ideas. Way to go grads 2024.....

It was ridiculous. We were there for the monster trucks. 1 concession for that entire building is NOT enough. People were standing in line through the whole show. Some had just come to their seats as the show was ending. For somewhere that holds so many events they need to update to accommodate so many people.

I was fortunate to be able to be part of a conference here after being elected to town council. I had an amazing experience here. We were treated to the opportunity throw some axes, enjoy the walking track - which I highly recommend! -and had some really great food and refreshments. The staff was amazing and everything was so clean. No end to cold water at the tables. The sound and video for the presentations was seamless. One of the best functions I’ve been to. Thank you!!

Music concerts, exhibitions, symposium, fun events, are often held at this place, most esp. before Covid 19 hit.

We went for their Easter activities, Monster Truck Madness and whatnot. Always a good time.

Grateful to have this place for the area, just wish they would have bands such as Radiohead performs there, tho 😉

The place is no longer called Encana, by the way! It is now Ovintiv, I believe. But majority still refer it as Encana.
