We used Pathways Central Alberta for our pre natal classes. We took advantage of the home based class as it was much more convenient for both of our work schedules. Christa was awesome to work with. She provided so much knowledge and information and answered all of my questions. The class left me feeling confident and prepared. I would highly recommend this class to any soon to be parents.

Christa and Laura went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, even offering a one-on-one class at our home since we couldn't make the group sessions.

We really enjoyed and appreciated the prenatal class from Pathways. Laura and Christa were so knowledgeable with many years of experience. Classes were intimate and small making us feel comfortable. The classes they provided we're spread out into 4 sessions so we did not feel so overwhelmed with all information we received. The information they provided both encompassed the medical side of birth and also interventions and resources for labour and delivery and after birth. We can say that we now have a better understanding of labour and delivery and 4th trimester. We recommend taking their class if you are looking for prenatal classes.

Absolutely loved our prenatal class with these beautiful ladies! They are so knowledgeable, kind, funny, patient and sweet. You leave their class feeling calm, prepared and ready! They seem to have an answer to every possible question, and no question is “silly”. They take you through all aspects of the prenatal and postpartum journey with a huge focus on labour and delivery. I absolutely loved having the opportunity to work through different prenatal stretches and labour/delivery positions in class. It was awesome participating in a group class as questions/discussions came up that me and my husband hadn’t thought about. This is actually our second baby, and we came out of the class learning new things! 100 percent recommend these girls!
