If your English skills are average, I wouldn’t recommend taking the CELPIP test here.

The place feels more like a casual training center than a formal testing environment—room decor, layout, and staff attire don’t really give off an academic vibe. The staff are friendly and follow all procedures, but the relaxed atmosphere can be a bit distracting during the test. Plus, the test system is pretty outdated (maybe Windows XP or 7) and the screens flicker, making it hard to stay focused on the challenging questions for the full two and a half hours.

I completed my first aid training at Pathways Educational Services. The experience was great. Staff was very informative and knowledgeable in what they are teaching. All my questions were answered with patience and detail making it easy to learn. The learning environment at this location is second to none. I would highly recommend Pathways to anyone wanting to receive training or upgrade any educational needs.

The office is nice. the process was smooth. One large complaint is that one other student was very disruptive during my test and made it very hard to concentrate. Multiple complaints about the person, but nothing was really done.

The staff at this venue were very professional and friendly. The COVID rules they implemented were very clear and they were very thorough about following through with them. The instructor was very clear about the procedures and answered all of my questions. Everyone was socially distanced and they have video monitoring for exams so the staff didn't have to be very close to you. The noise-cancelling headphones were a good asset to have.

My son has been working with Yvette from Pathways for over two years and her patience, guidance and ability to teach him in various methods has not only increased his grades but his confidence as well. I am so grateful for all the time and work she puts into his lessons and he really enjoys spending time with her and enjoys school much more.
