I've had to replace 2 windshields since moving to Port Hawkesbury. My first experience with Paul's was so positive, I was adamant with my insurance company the second time around, that I would only go back there.
They are flexible with scheduling, very clean and professional, and they vacuumed my car and wiped my dashboard down before returning my car to me. What a lovely touch. I would highly recommend.

June27 2025. My wife had two chips in her windshield from flying rock's. They worked as a team to accommodate us and do the repair. No insurance paperwork hassle. Quick, professional job. It was nice to see the staff got along so well with each other . A pleasure to do business with them.

In 35 years of having a drivers licence that's the worst driving I have ever seen! (this really need to be at least zero stars but It won't let me)..................................................
26/03/2025 approximately 16:40 pm Driving South on the Great North Highway north of Newman (WA) Paul's Autoglass vehicle (DA05)
choose to;
- Speed in a construction zone (20+km over easily) through multiple constructions zones (5 construction zones are currently in place)
-Over taking in a construction zone.
-Drive across double unbroken lines (multiple times)
-Squeezing in between vehicles in an unsafe manner (dangerous/negligence driving) causing other vehicles to suddenly brake...
-Overtaking 1 B-Double, 2 light vehicles and 1 service truck in a single overtake (across unbroken lines). What speed would you need to do that?
-Then shooting off in the distance to disappears in no time
If the police were there that would be their drivers licence on the spot (and the vehicle impounded )
How many lives did this idiot put at risk?
This section of road is currently being upgraded (current construction zones) installing more overtaking lanes to limit this kind of behavior.
If that's one who represents this company in the field (Auto service) I wouldn't let these guys touch any part of my vehicle (or get anywhere near it)

I Got a bad rock chip late on a Friday afternoon at the start of a long weekend. Called Paul’s and was given excellent advice to save windshield until I could bring vehicle in. They fit me in first thing when they opened. Shop and lobby are very clean with polite, courteous staff. I will definitely recommend this business.

The staff were very knowledgeable and very courteous; could not do enough for you. Windshield was done correctly and in a very timely fashion. Also, they vacuumed my vehicle at no extra cost. I also had an appointment and they personally drove me to the place & told me to call back when I was finished as they would come and pick me up. Outstanding service and will recommend them very highly to friends, family, & co workers. Thanks again Paul, Gloria, & Andre.
