I would rate 0 stars if I could, because I've had 0 interactions with a human so far. I spent over an hour driving to the location listed on the website only to be greeted by locked doors and an empty building. The website says, "Basic Life Support & CPR Level C/AED is offered everyday at 1145 am", which apparently exclude Fridays.

Furthermore, I've had no luck directly connecting with anyone over the phone, via text, or by email. The company is run by ghosts.

I'd happily adjust my review if I could actually attend the class I paid $64.41 for, but until then, this review has earned its place. I would advise anyone to AVOID booking classes with Peak Excellence.

Follow-up review

Whatever the company is doing right now, it isn't working.

First off, what's the deal with the phone bot? I couldn't get a response from a human for hours, then some scrub bot texts me at 8 PM. Without my input, my class was rescheduled for the following day at the same time.

I had to re-book due to a time conflict, so I tried using the schedule sent by the bot. The soonest class offered was two weeks later. What happened to classes being offered everyday? Then out of absolutely nowhere, some nameless employee tells me that I can book it one day later...

Who am I talking to? Why are they reaching out to me from the same line as the bot? How can they offer a class that's not listed on the schedule sent by the bot? There were so many layers of confusion.

When I asked about the locked doors, the only explanation I received was, "No class today sorry about that". Very insightful response.

The next day at work, I received a text saying my classes were about to start. I was dumbfounded. I texted back, reminding them I had booked the day after. The bot kindly informed me that I couldn't reschedule according to the store's policy.

The nameless employee I spoke with told me I could reschedule, but they forgot to actually update my appointment time. Had I had not reached out immediately, I potentially could've been charged twice.

On the day of my actual class, it was revealed that they booked me for the wrong course, as well as another student. Two more students came in for a different course, and were told that they were not being offered that day.

Why were people getting booked for the wrong days constantly? Why were people being booked for the wrong classes? Why was it so difficult to get a response in a timely manner? Why were there additional fees after the initial purchase? Until these questions are addressed, I would avoid this company like the plague.

With all that being said, the instructor I had for the BLS course was wonderful. He explained things clearly, gave good tips on the course content, and accommodated students whenever issues arose. The smaller classroom size allowed for more direct lessons and personalized feedback. If this review was focused on the instructor, I would give 5 stars.

I have completed my BLS renewal here. Very interactive, Yogita did a fantastic job teaching the class. I would definitely recommend

Completed my N95 mask here, instructor was Yogita. The process was quick, was willing to take me in on a last minute notice. Thank you again!

Paid for my mask fit test online and they emailed me with multiple different appt times to choose from, went in on a Saturday the guy who did my test was very nice and knowledgeable. I was the only one there and was in and out in less then 15mins! Definitely will come back here in 2 years when i need another test done for school and or work purposes. Recommend by me.

They frequently cancel classes with no prior warning but customer service is willing to reschedule.

I ordered 3 courses. Whsim,sfa and cpr and after I realized I have to go in person for sfa and cpr so I emailed them to refund and I will go with whsim only. They told me they have locations in Oakville and waterloo and I said let me know the Oakville address so no one replied my email and I tried calling 2 days ago and left a vm and still no one answered

Signed up and their return policy stated refund within 7 days cancelled. I cancelled and emailed about a refund And was told no refunds. Reminded them of their own policy in the purchase email, then they said they’d refund me. Only refunded the price of the course but not the tax that I paid for it. When you do a refund, you should refund the full amount paid.
