Was passing through town not too long ago, witnessed a situation between a customer and a staff member who’s name tag said “Lana” felt very uncomfortable shopping in the store and just felt a bit tense. I thought it was from my understanding that the customer is always right?

The staff is attentive and fairly knowledgeable, but the management is questionable. You would think the manager would lead by example, be well kept, cordial and make an attempt at treating his staff well, but it doesn't happen. This location has been plagued by poor management and continues to lose good staff because of it.

Been a while since I was in...... So an addition is due. I have never seen such a nervous bunch of staff at any retail out let in my life! I watched the manager berate a staff member for not completing a task in the space of the half hour I was there. I saw him walk away after assigning the task and the staff member got sidelined by customers at least three times. She was running to help customers and before she could put the little stickers on he pulled her aside to what he though was out of earshot and dressed her down in a completely inappropriate and harassing fashion (talked to her like she was a little kid and asked her about her lack of intelegence and drive, the insinuation was that she was lazy and stupid. She was neither as proven by he ability to go throughout the store and grab what the cosomers needed). This is a store with great staff, but the worst management I have seen in a long time.

great staff, very helpful. But the manager seems like he's mean and hard to work under. I feel for the young adults that work there, I don't think ill be going back until they fix management. the staff seemed on edge because of him....

Went in to buy a ride on mower. First waited 20 minutes while they looked for a manual without telling us what the delay was. Couldn't find one. Then the guy looked again for almost half an hour. Finally found something. Then the 2 of them spent 5 minutes looking through the pamphlets for a serial number instead of looking on the machine. Finally had enough and left. It was my first time there and will be my last time

It must be nice to not Have to worry about losing an almost 3000 sale

Only good for cheap dog food and cheap water pumps. Do not bring your used batteries there, they claim they buy batteries but only give you a gift card forcing you to buy from them. Not impressed to say the least
