Well stocked with easy to talk with staff. Good open hours with lots of parking. Prices are the same or better in many cases than the big city, and being local, it saves an hour drive.

Great selection. Higher end dog foods so prices are higher but competitive. Staff is friendly. Bathing facilities are great. Only thing missing is a grooming arm to restrain dog while brushing. The best thing is I can't believe they let me bath my dog there for 10 dollars. I will continue to support this business

There are so many reasons to list, excellent customer service. These guys are willing to work with you, and the food is guaranteed. If your pet doesn't like the food, you can exchange for something that will work. Amazing selection of pet food, and pet accessories including cat trees and pet toys. Highly recommend this store!

The staff at Pet Valu are all so amazing. No matter who is working, they always provide the best service they possibly can. They never pretend to know something they don't, and are more than willing to do any necessary research. I'm so happy to have a pet store in our small town with such quality service.
