Watch out for incorrect price charging at checkout.
My wife is a frequent shopper for our dog and cat.
This time I went to pick up 12 cans of cat food.
I picked 2 cans of each type and some cans are $.50 cheaper based on the type of meat in the can.
However, the clerk instead of picking up each can and scanning the correct price, she just picked up 1 can and charged me the higher price for all 12 cans.
I asked her, I believe each can is different price.
She said no, they are all the same price.
I also thought, how do they keep track of inventory if they just pick up 1 can, scan and done....
Well my wife went and checked today and it was not true.
I was charged $.50 more per can than the advertised price.
I feel cheated.

This is my favorite pet store. Great selection and great prices. I also appreciate they don't sell a lot of the crappy brands out there which shows they do their research and really care about animals. They carry quality products and its nice they support rescued animals too. The staff are always friendly and helpful so its an enjoyable experience shopping there

Finally came up to this lovely pet store which my friends have been raving about and it lives up to the hype!
The staff are so helpful, prices are reasonable and they have some seriously good stuff for all animals. All of their small animal products (rabbits, hamsters, piggies and more) are excellent. The owner clearly has conducted extensive research on animals because there is not a single product that is harmful or unsuitable for animals. Excellence all around!

I have shopped at Pets N US in Tsawwassen for many years and found them to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They know their clients and take time to answer questions and help with advice. Michelle and her team's great service is why I shop local and not at the larger big box stores.

I was asked if I wanted to set aside 4 packs of Rosie's treats until Monday. It is the only one our dog likes. On Monday the manager had sold them out from under me and they were now out of stock!

This is a great store! I live in Vancouver's West End and we have our share of pet stores but I'm in Tsawwassen almost every weekend to visit my mom so I always wait and go to Pets N Us. It's close to my mom's place but I mainly go because the staff are all really great and helpful, and they have a fantastic selection of everything. People often go to the big corporate pet stores and I think they assume that that will give them the best selection but in my experience the opposite has been true. I often get asked about a really cool harness my dog is wearing or leash or whatever because other dog parents haven't seen it before in the big chain stores. Pets N Us buys great stuff. I also buy all my dog's food there - great selection of food as well. Michelle is the owner and she and her staff are really helpful and great to deal with. Thanks guys!
