Phase In art studio in Carleton Place is hands down the best place for doing arts and crafts. I go there as an adult to play around with making art, my kids love going to do the same, sometimes at the same time or sometimes separately. Faye is a brilliant teacher, she let's you self-direct and offers guidance as needed. This a casual setting that is suitable for beginners through experts. Five stars from the McAdam's.

I have been volunteering with the Thursday’s Art Studio. It has been a truly remarkable experience creating art with Faye and class. Faye has a way of making the class a calming and safe place. Faye seems to be light years ahead of the therapy crowd. For example, when the counselling crowd recommended maintaining distance, Faye leaned in. She's on top of the research and, with great ease, she tailors the various tools and strategies to suit your personal needs and style. She's so genuine, gentle and compassionate, I do not hesitate to recommend her to all my friends who are in need.

To simply put it, Faye is just amazing at her job. She creates an open, safe and judgement free zone. It is very easy to open up about life issues.
