Thanks to John at pier street computers for building me a high end gaming computer! Playing all my games at ultra/maxed settings and still hit my full 144fps! 😀 I thought I had a minor issue with the p.c a month later turned out to just be a program I installed but john and casey were swift to receiving my computer and finding out exactly what was wrong! Couldn't ask for better service and communication elsewhere!

I spilt tea on my MacBook. After it died I called John to see if he could help. He put high priority on pulling it apart and drying it out. I had a fully functioning laptop back the next day. Very nice guy easy to deal with. Thank you for saving me acouple thousand dollars

I managed to bend quite a few pins on a very expensive processor trying to remove the heatsink. Walked into Pier Street Computers half expecting they would offer only condolences. Instead they actually managed to bend 30 or so near microscopic pins back into place. This saved me hundreds of dollars and they also explained the proper procedure I should have used.

I got my first computer in 2005. Prior to that time, computers were not a part of my education in any way. Lacking expertise, I managed to crash the hard drive of my Compaq twice in one year. More recently, I found that Pier Street Computers not only build desk top computers that function very well - they were likewise willing to spend the time to patiently guide me past the problems I was having. I could have gone to Staples or Costco for a new desk top but those sites would not have enabled the transfer of old data from one computer to the new one. Once again, impeccable service and remarkable backup. // More recently I bought my Acer (lap top) from Pier Street. Once again, I've taken it in to cure the problems I have created for myself. They have been very patient in dealing with such lack of expertise. They give service that is well above my expectations both in quality and price. Highly recommended.
