I have been going to this clinic for years and my family doctor has been amazing, but recently my experience hasnt been great with the receptionist. Never had a problem with their receptionists until now. Farah (not sure if shes new) but good god she’s so frustrating to give instructions to. She keeps getting instructions wrong over and over and keeps making mistakes which just wastes my time. Doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing because she rarely has answers for you. Im so over this, she keeps misunderstanding instructions which causes weeks of wait time. I have talked to some people who also go this clinic that has expressed the same frustration with this new receptionist.

The doctor I saw at Pinnacle Medical Centre was the poorest excuse for a doctor I have ever seen in my life. I apprached them hoping to get a second opinion and was told "that isn't out style. We don't do that." I will NOT be using them again.

The doctors are inconsiderate, mean and overall know nothing about any medical issues or processes. I strongly suggest never using Pinnacle Medical Centres. They are pathetic!

The front desk staff at this clinic are extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor Van Zyl is very professional, proactive and friendly. I absolutely love this clinic, my experiences going to the doctor have been much more comfortable and enjoyable since I have switched to Pinnacle.

Well certainly not 5 star when they wont answer they phone @1:45 in the afternoon..doesnt even rate a one star.. change your phone message at least... they are open Fridays and I know they close for lunch noon-1
So no excuse..

Needed to see a doctor today, waited outside the office from 9:30-10am sign says they open at 9:30am and called 4 times with no answer.
