One of a kind place! We drive from Canada to go here!! Amazing selection of games for all ages. Free play fee is the most affordable way to play arcade games anywhere. The place is very clean. All the games are functioning great. Service is friendly and helpful. This is an absolute hidden gem!! Our family loves this place.

Visited here last week on vacation… super friendly staff, an awesome place to just let loose for a few hours and not drop hundreds of dollars. We liked it so much we went back two days later.

Brought the kids to play and eat and we had a great time. This was my second time here and I was still overwhelmed by the awesomeness of this place. Being able to see so many great games I grew up playing was amazing. Playing them with my kids made it even better. Our favorite, hands down, was the air hockey tables.
The pizza was delicious and the kids devoured it. Super cheesy with pepperoni, is the only way to go.
We can't wait to come back again. ?

Went on Friday afternoon/night. Pretty cool place. Cheap to get in. Lots of free arcade games included in the admission ticket, and mini golf and air hockey too. Pool was like a dollar a game. Fun for kids and adults. Didn't try the food but there were kids lined up. They have party rooms too. Staff was super nice.

Did my 12 year olds birthday here. The party room was a great size. Staff was great about getting the requests that I arranged online beforehand. They let me do party items as we chose. The kids had a BLAST playing all the games and I loved not paying an ungodly amount of money for each game they played.

Food is pretty well prices and offer a variety of things. Pizza Fries hotdogs mini corn dogs.
Offers laser tag at a cheap cost

Cons:
It’s a very large area hard to find your way around.
No clocks or anything to help with time management (for parties)
Very hot and stuffy feels almost moist after a while.
Dusty and can be a bit dirty
Most games have at least 1 minor problem
Ice hockey pucks don’t dispense.

Overall: Playport is one of very few places to go in Erie if the weather is bad. It offers very cheap admission price with most games being unlimited play. This place gets hot and muggy and can be hard to navigate through if it’s your first time going. I would advise going here on a hot day because if it’s hot outside it’s hot there. Lastly before going understand that the most games are free to play but some of them have different minor things wrong.

I give this place a 3 star review based on the fact it’s cheap and the staff are very accommodating. What brings it down is it can get very hot, some games don’t function properly and it’s not dirty but it’s not necessarily clean.

Playport was absolutely amazing, the staff were professional, it was very clean and easy to navigate considering how big it is and best of all it's local! 3 hours of non stop play for 12 and some change isn't bad. My friends and I had an absolute blast!

Such a fun unique experience! 12$ a person, in this economy and your admission includes 125+ free to play games (as many times as you want to play them!) as well as glow mini golf (as many times as you want to play it!)
Me and my wife had a nice little lunch there at their concession booth, we stayed under 10$ to keep playing! Laser tag is also offered as well as blacklight styled pool. Very impressed with the transparency and actual fun of this place for a very reasonable price. I’d recommend play port to anyone for a wonderful Saturday of pure fun!
