I came to return a $300 jacket i purchased as a gift for someone. . I had removed the price tag as a normal
Person always does when they give a gift but left on all other tags. All stickers were still attached. A manager by the name of Jasmine said I couldn't return due to the removed price tag. She thought she was so cool being the manager and wasn't even accommodating and she kept saying it was her policy. I ended up returning at the Richmond location. They really need to teach their employees how to be more accommodating and understanding especially in this economy.

Went to this location of the store for the first time. It's my favorite store to do Christmas shopping, they always have something for everyone. I didn't interact too much with the staff so can't speak much about store friendliness. The store was organized and didn't disappoint me.

I feel so bad when I went to this store to return my stuff.i had receipt and tags on .she said it's 13 days over.i request the Manger if she can give me a store credit. Very bad return policy of the polo store .I am not going back at all.

Get your story straight before customer ask for explanation.

I was here yesterday with my parents and purchased three pants for my mom. They fitted her very well. She was very happy until she found out the original price was much lower. I thought it could be just a price change from recent crazy inflation.

We came back to Tsawwassen Mills to shop for other items. We hopped in Polo Ralph Lauren just want to check on other items. Then I grabbed a store manager (a lady) and asked her about the price tags on these pants. She said if we bring the items and receipt back she can do a price adjustment for me. We drove 20 minutes back home to grab these pants and receipt then another 20 minutes back to the shop.

When I brought these pants and receipt to the counter, the cashier didn't know what to do. Another Asian guy employee came over to take over, then he tells me: you shouldn't peel off the price tag, also the price increase is from the inflation. I said: well the other manager said she could help with price adjustment. I want to talk to her. He says: I'm the manager here, I sent her to break, if you want to talk to her, it will take about an hour. I said: no problem I will come back in an hour. He text messaged the lady.

Then the lady came over to the counter. When she saw the pants on the counter, she says: oh, these pants are from US, so the price underneath are US prices, the price tag on top is the Canadian price. We can't give you price adjustment in this case.

My mom and I laughed with our heads Shaked. I said: well, I'm just here for 5 minutes and already received two different sayings about the price tag. Put yourself in my shoes, how do you feel as a customer? This really makes your brand look bad.

We just left with the pants and did not ask for anything else. The only thing I want to give them is this review. I hope they as a store and brand together, can get their story straight before being questioned by the other customers.

I have had a wonderful experience here with the help from the staff Lila on Feb,3rd. I was looking for a medium size polo shirt, which is out of stock in this store. Lila helped me check that it is in stock in the Richmond store and more than this, she helped call the store to figure out some tech glitch issue and confirm it is actually in stock. She could have just walked away but she really went beyond! Eventually I found and bought this polo shirt from the other store. Thank you so much Lila!

I love the Ralph and designs very much.
Prices in Vancouver is a little higher compared to The States in my opinion.

Just wanted to rate the exceptional customer service provided by the manager simran. I hope polo is a brand which provides good customer service and good treatment but the way she was rude to us and also the elderly couple before us, that’s totally unacceptable. I went for a price adjustment but i ended up returning as she was not willing to do it. Even was not ready to let us rebuy.
